The house matches what you see in the picture - it's only been used for a long time, so it needs to be rinsed before use - it's also full of ants. Be careful when you eat - but relaxing in the Whirlpool bath is the best of any accommodation - highly recommended if you want a quiet relaxation - if you're just sleeping, you should think about it - the host actively helps - the accommodation is more expensive than you think. You should give a little more discount

I enjoyed my stay at this fabulous apartment in downtown Bangkok. I have now stayed at all three of Gee’s apartments in this building, and this one is the best. It feels like home immediately upon entrance, charmingly decorated with paintings and wooden furniture, with two balconies and a fantastic view of the city. It overlooks a school, which is an oasis of green in the busy city, serving as a buffer against street noise. Sometimes when Phloen Chit Road clears up at night, motorbikes race up and down, so you might want earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Aside from that, the apartment is remarkably calm and quiet, a perfect work-from-home environment. The building staff is kind and friendly and responds within minutes to any maintenance requests. The apartment is next to a BTS station, but you can also walk everywhere. On a rainy day, it is possible to walk all the way to Siam Paragon mall without needing an umbrella, since there's a covered walkway the whole time. A special place!

Dan is a super good host and communicated extremely well. He also had tons of good tips on Thailand and Bangkok in general. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient with easy access by taxi to rest of the city or by foot to Sukhumvit soi 11. The compound offers also a good gym, pool and sauna. In general a great experience. Only one negative: from time to time there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Dan clarified this is due to the dry weather (no rain at all during my stay).

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

We had the best stay at Ohm's canal house - there is a reason it's always booked out! You'll get the real experience of living on the canal with local people in a beautiful location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and surrounded by a large temple complex that only adds to the serenity. We spent our mornings on the balcony watching monitor lizards swim the canal, followed by walks to major landmarks (Wat Pho & Grand Palace), then back for a rest in the ice cold air con rooms of the house! Each evening finished with great food, company, and even karaoke (currently on Thursdays) at the remarkeable Baan Ploen Dee restaurant! There are a number of great local shops along the way serving food and coffee (we loved Priscilla's for ice cream and fried dough on the corner). Alice and everyone on Ohm's team were extremely responsive and caring, helping us arrange a must-do sunset boat tour. We had the pleasure of meeting Ohm and his colleagues and couldn't ask for a better host and stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

What an absolute find…close to Sukhamvit without the working girls and street vendors! Ploenruadee Residences 401A was back of building and very quiet. Place was even bigger than it seems in photos. Made good use of kitchen with a 7-11 just metres away and bigger food stores within 10 minutes. Had absolutely delicious meals in neighborhood. Massilias down stairs is great! We would have stayed again at the end of our Thailand holiday but no rooms available… Will book here again on our next trip to Bangkok

Have stayed with Orranart twice now. Excellent apartment, in the perfect location for getting around central Bangkok. Highly recommended. And will sure be staying again…

This property is located in the western area of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, outside the central business district but conveniently close to Bang Sue Grand Station by bus or taxi. Although it is not within walking distance to the MRT, you can easily call a Grab car or taxi to reach the nearest MRT stations with the cheap price. Typically, we recommend using Grab for its convenience, allowing you to pin your location from your mobile phone. You can order various types of foods and dining from Grab food. Additionally, you can enjoy a scenic boat ride from the nearby pier and market The townhouse is newly decorated, very nice, and clean. Located within an authentic Thai community, it offers easy access from the main street. The surrounding western area of Bangkok is rich with historical sites, temples, traditional Thai markets, cafes, restaurants, and boat sightseeing opportunities, providing a good atmosphere and new experiences. This property is ideal for travelers and families

Tom and his family are so wonderful! Tong, his son, picked us up from the airport and took us grocery shopping so we could get settled in once we arrived. They were so kind and made us feel at home. Tom is very helpful and brings the beauty of Thailand into his home.

A very cozy, exceptionally clean studio, with the most comfortable bed I've slept in during my travels. Snacks, food and beverages were waiting for me when I checked in which I greatly appreciated! No other Airbnb host has gone that extra mile for me!! The swimming pool was wonderful and provided a nice break from the heat. The building was very clean, quiet and modern. When I mentioned to the Airbnb owner the building's sauna and steam rooms weren't working, she gifted me a 2 hour Thai massage at her expense to make up for that inconvenience. Plenty of room for 1-2 people, a tv with Prime video, Netflix, YouTube, etc., a nice sized refrigerator, 2 a/c units, an exceptional shower, and a balcony with a washing machine and detergent, all overlooking the pool. A little far from downtown Bangkok, but the LRT, taxis, Grab, vendors, restaurants and a grocery store are just outside the front door. Well worth my stay in Bangkok!! 😊😊

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Our stay at JACK's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable w/good smell.Jack was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, & easy to go in ICON SIAM MALL . Thank so much Jack !! We can't wait to come back!

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

We enjoyed our stay for two people for a week. We were visiting a family member who lives in Ari and this location was perfect. We especially liked the bed linens and towels that were supplied. We slept well. The unit is very clean and quiet. We never heard another neighbor, the sound of a tv, or music. We did hear the BTS trains go by, but we don’t mind that sound. There was plenty of hot water and we used the washer, electric kettle, hair dryers, and iron. If we stay here again, I’d bring a kitchen towel for drying dishes , and a suction cup bag or small plastic rack to stick on the glass walls of the shower to hold my shampoo and things. The showers have shampoo and conditioner, but in one of the showers, I had to put my products and razor on the floor, and the shower is small so a rack of some type would be very helpful. The electrical outlets on the bathrooms are inside the medicine cabinets, which took us a bit of time to figure out.

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Kevin always responded very quickly to our text. there was a small issue with the bathroom sink. a repair man showed up in under an hour from the time we reported the issue.

숙소 시설적으로는 설명과 일치하였고, 깨끗하였습니다. 위치는 논타부리에 있어 방콕 도심과는 거리가 좀 있지만, 바로 옆에 MRT역이 있고, 버스노선도 다양하여 버스를 타고 방콕 구시가지 방방곳곳을 다닐 수 있어 편리하였습니다.
