The place is exactly what it's says in the listing, more over, the view from the balcony is very nice. On top of this, Roshan, the gentleman who is taking care of the property on site, is very friendly and helpful, we needed some support from Ravishka and Roshan on a short notice and it was immediately provided. Prompt and friendly host, great property and a very friendly manager who's name is Roshan. Will definitely visit if we get a chance again.

I visited the Villa, hoping to stay with my family. However, the two rooms were rather cramped, and we would have needed to sleep with our young children. This led me to find alternative accommodations. For a family without infants, it would be quite suitable. I'm writing this review to commend the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Alex and Miss. Damayanthi. They refunded my payment upon seeing that the room wasn't suitable for my young children, demonstrating a humanitarian approach beyond simply focusing on business. Kudos to the entire family.

A very peaceful getaway, lots of space to relax and use of both pools without other guests. Sharmila was very responsive and helpful during the booking process, and Sunil was on site when we arrived to guide us to the villa and help us settle in. Highly recommend this place, it’s good value for money for the amenities offered and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We liked being able to be fully self catering and as there were no other guests it was extremely private. Thanks and we are looking forward to coming back!

The location was perfect, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby and it's very close to the beach. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Dilan and his property highly enough.

Barney was a great host and his place was perfect. A standout location near the beach and just a short taxi ride to/from the International airport. He was super responsive and he told/showed me everything I could have wanted to know in person at check in. Thanks, would stay again!

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

This villa was the perfect first stop in Sri Lanka. The house was very clean, and the AC kept the bedrooms very cool which was very much appreciated as we adjusted to the heat. It is located in a quiet spot but close to basic shops and a short drive to the beach and restaurants Shalika was very responsive and helpful. Bringing us extra towels when requested.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt direkt nach der Ankunft oder unmittelbar vor der Abreise vom Flughafen in Colombo. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man alles fußläufig erreichen kann. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, da eins unserer Gepäckstücke nicht angekommen ist. Der Mann der Gastgeberin war total bemüht und hat uns unterstützt, das Gepäck so schnell wie möglich zu bekommen. Großes Dankeschön! Absolut liebenswerte Personen. 🫶🏼

We loved staying at Villa Mika! The villa is so luxurious and cosy we felt truly at home!! There are so many nice details we enjoyed like: The morning trip they give us in their Jeep for free to the market. The fully equipped appliances The free breakfast that Priyan prepared for us! Which was really yummy. The pool and jacuzzi ofcourse were fantastic. Only thing that the pool is deep so you need to be careful if you have kids maybe a floaty would help. We definitely would love to come back here in the future! Thanks alot to JC and Natasha for being such great Hosts it was a pleasure to meet them. Also a shout out to Sira the housekeeper he was extremely responsive and friendly.
