The place is highly recommended, if you are looking for a family friendly place, you will definitely get a privacy. Overall our stay we did not encounter any problems at all. Will definitely be back to this place.

The place was perfect for our big group. The location was not very close to Urbiztondo or San Juan beach where many restaurants are located, but it’s just a short ride away and there is a beach that is accessible by walking. Neil was also very helpful and proactive with our concerns. We appreciate it a lot and would definitely recommend the place!

The place was convenient and accessible - it’s right beside the highway and with parking space. The apartment unit itself was clean and spacious with multiple rooms that can accommodate a large group or a group of family. The restrooms were really clean as well. Love the whole body/large mirror. Also if I may just add, the caretaker, sir Eric was approachable and nice; he made sure to check my ID to confirm my identity before letting us in and before giving us the keys which made us feel safe. He also thanked us before we left. This place is such a great place to stay at when in Elyu. Thank you for having us!

The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

Uffe and Dalia’s place is amazing! Steps away from the beach, very clean, car parking right in front of the house, smooth check in and very responsive. I will definitely go back and recommend this place!

The place is really convenient and really great for the price. Just less than 5 minute walk to the highway, where you can easily ride jeepneys or tricycles to the busy touristy areas. You would not have a problem commuting or having a private vehicle. Also, just a 2 minute walk to a more private and cleaner beach. Water pressure is great. Shampoo, body soap, and other amenities are also good and not drying unlike hotels with 3in1 soaps/shampoo that ruin your hair and dry your skin. Host was really responsive, flexible, and were really accommodating to our requests, such as additional blankets, toiletries, late check out and such. The place is really clean. All appliances are working well. The car we brought didn't fit inside the front house, but there was a common parking right in front or next to the house. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.
