We loved staying here. It makes city break feel like home away from home. Cute, cosy, comfortable. We loved the little alleyway it was situated on, tucked away from the huddle of Bangkok but also feeling like we could get anywhere pretty quickly. We were very happy here and Tongpong was super easy and helpful, thank you very much, we are recommending to all our friends 🤍

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

Super Unterkunft, mitten in Bangkok. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Super Frühstück und netter Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation.

It’s a good place to stay in BKK and really comfortable environment and easy to reach the grocery stores.

The place was exactly what we needed. We traveled with a 14 years old teenager, and the most important condition was met (wi-fi). The matrimonial bed is super comfortable, with a nice, hard mattress. The place is clean and not cluttered. It felt really like home. The only thing I would have to say bad about it, is that the street noise is high over night. But I guess you can say this about all places in Bangkok. The host was super friendly and gave us nice tips about the surroundings and the attractions. The vicinity to China Town was also a very nice perk. I would for sure book this place again.

This was an excellent place to stay with our big family. The house was clean with great amenities, a laundry machine (which was so nice to have after a week of traveling), and lots of space and common areas. We loved the terraces that gave us a little bit of outdoor space. Top was very helpful when we had to be flexible with our checkin time and the process was seamless. They were very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely stay here again with my family in the future!

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Markt vor der Tür hat uns nicht besonders gestört, Abfahrt mit Grab war um die Ecke gut möglich. Zu den Schlafzimmern waren es schon einige Stufen (Treppenhaus nicht klimatisiert), aber die Schlafzimmer sind gut. Das mittlere Schlafzimmer hat eine festere Matratze als die anderen beiden. Küchenausstattung ausreichend, zum Kochen könnte das ein oder andere fehlen, aber wir haben immer auswärts gegessen oder etwas gekauft oder bestellt und die Küche nur für das Frühstück gebraucht. Schön großer Kühlschrank. Klimatisierung im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmer hat die Zimmer immer schnell herunter gekühlt. Waschmaschine (und Trockner, den wir nicht benutzt haben) auch sehr praktisch. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation.

Tong is truly an amazing host. The property is very nice, new, and conveniently located near the subway station. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Zeer vriendelijke en snelle ccommunicatie. Alle ruimtes zijn netjes en schoon, het is leuk en speels ingericht. De woning is ruim voor meerdere personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor een leuk centraal gelegen verblijf in hartje Bangkok is dit zeker een aanrader.

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie was uitstekend, de skytrain en ferry waren op loopafstand en er waren lekker eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Het appartement was ook heel netjes en de host was heel behulpzaam. Bedankt dat wij hier konden verblijven!

Alex is an amazing host! He was very responsive and provided a lot of information. The place was so clean with a lot of rooms and looked just like the pictures. I would highly recommend this place to book for your visit in Bangkok!

3 floors villa. Every room is en-suite. Close to the BTS. Walk in about 15-20min to terminal 21. A lot of convenient stores 7-11. Many street food during lunch hour. Many massage stores to get relaxed.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage direkt in China-Town, aber trotzdem in einem ruhigen, kleinen & modernen Stadtteil. Dieser Stadtteil wurde neu gebaut, hier gibt es bereits einige gute Restaurant und Cafés. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher, da der Bereich von Wärtern 24/7 überwacht wird. Armie ist ei toller Gastgeber, sehr gut zu erreichen und kümmert sich um alle Bedürfnisse. Die Unterkunft ist modern, auf 3 Ebenen angelegt und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

Thanks for Soo’ house and everything he provided. This is the perfect stay for us to have more sight in Bangkok, hope we can go back again. It is definitely a good choice when you plan to travel in Bangkok.

Several adults from one family stayed here for one month while supporting a loved one at a local hospital nearby and the house was a perfect home base for the time here. The house was functional and very neat, two bedrooms with what appeared to be full size (maybe queen size) beds and one bedroom with both a twin size bed and a crib for babies. The home had two full bathrooms upstairs, both worked fine although the bathroom inside the primary bedroom absolutely never cooled down despite our efforts. The washer / dryer was super helpful, and I was told the primary bed was fairly uncomfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The house is located in a nice gated neighborhood, very quiet but not walkable to much and definitely a suburb of Bangkok proper. Mo was responsive throughout and provided a second house key upon request.

This place was another fantastic experience for the second time! The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby. The amenities are excellent, and the space is spotless and well-maintained. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host is incredibly welcoming and considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it!

This was our first time in Thailand and a group of six guys were able to have an amazing trip. MeiMei was an amazing host, she was very responsive to any questions or issues we may have run into. the place was exactly as what we had expected. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying there again if we were to go back. One thing to note, if you're using Grab or Bolt, it was a bit challenging to get the drivers to show up to the proper address or drop us off right in front of the Airbnb at times. We were unsure if it was a Grab/Bolt issue whereas it worked fine on Google Maps. We ended up using one of the restaurants near the Airbnb as the address and just walking from there. Otherwise, great overall experience I'm Thailand and MeiMei's Airbnb made it even better.

房東回覆十分迅速。第一天抵達入住時，因剛下雨有很多蚊子，跟pat反應後就昂隔天早上就把電蚊拍送來！ 房子比照片還要嶄新，最後一天pat 提供免費的機場接送，並且允許我們於退房後在一樓等待13:30司機抵達。 是非常開心快樂的7天旅途，下次還會入住！

We had a very pleasant stay at Gem’s place. The house was clean, spacious, and has everything we need. I commend how very responsive they are to all my queries and how easy it is to check-in (we checked-in around 530 am). Will definitely recommend this place.
