I stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks and loved it. Perfect location just a short walk from MRT and BTS transport. Off the busy main Sukhumvit road. Fast internet. Great to have two large smart TVs to enjoy my own programs from Apple and Netflix. Very responsive and helpful host located in the building. Highly recommended

Avete a portata di mani tutto, 7 eleven, cafè, cofee shop, thai massage, market vicini e la fermata BTS punnawhiti proprio all’ingresso del building, la vista è fantastica mozzafiato! Tassanee è stata chiara e disponibile! L’alloggio vale ciò che pagate! Vi raccomando questo posto!

就在轻轨旁边，也有大商场，里面有非常多美食，周围很多便利店，和当地人生活气息，游泳池很好，风景也很好

Good stay, in a Japanese neighbourhood which was ideal to me since I love the food. The gym is decent, 25M lap pool and a sauna in the locker room. It’s around 2K away from the BTS (metro), and our television remote for Netflix did not work. House is clean, shower has a little bit if mold. Beautiful city view from the sleeping room.

Good location but not next to the Train stations. However, you get the cabs most of the day and nights.

Matt really helpful to fulfill our request and he is very responsive. The location is good, closed to the ploen chit BTS, around 5-6 min walk. You can find a few convenience store around near the BTS. We have a nice stay in his place. Thank you for accommodating us.

What a great apartment, It was far bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Air Con in every room. We were very happy staying here and it is walking distance from Central World mall, BTS Train and Lumphini park. There are multiple 7-Elevens around within a close proximity as well. Such a lovely place with great value for money. Would Stay here again if I find myself in Bangkok again

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Eve’s place! It was located in a quiet neighbourhood and the entire place was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Eve and her cleaning team were also very responsive and friendly. We definitely would recommend.

Die Unterkunft war von außen unscheinbar, aber von innen unglaublich schön. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit Mint sehr angenehm und es wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert. Hier komme ich gerne wieder her.

This was a great place to stay in Bangkok! Five of us stayed here and we were all pleased. Check in was very easy, we were able to drop off our bags early and the housekeeper was there to assist us. The location is also great, we hit all of the main tourist attractions and many of them were walking distance. This is especially a great location if you plan on spending time at Khao San road late at night, it’s a quick walk maybe about 10 minutes. Patty was a great host, she communicated very well the entire time leading up until our arrival and throughout the trip. She provided many recommendations and helped us find the best way to get there from the airport. The house itself was very clean with great air conditioning which is a necessity there. I’d absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangkok!

Host Jenny was extremely responsive and helpful, providing us with valuable local tips throughout our short stay. We also appreciated her assistance in storing our luggage due to our late flight. The entire place was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of eight.

①ぼったくられる心配がない、②ロケーションが良い。この2点において最高でした。 ① タイではぼったくりのリスクがあります。 タクシー、トゥクトゥク、レストラン、マッサージなど、常に気を付けていないと外国人向けに割高な請求をされることがあります。しかし、今回Sirichanに依頼したことで、以下の料金で安心して利用できました。 スワンナプーム空港往復の貸し切りタクシー：平均750バーツ 貸し切りプライベート1BOXカーでのアユタヤ半日ツアー（英語ガイド付き）：6800バーツ 敷地内の船着場から出発するロングボート周遊コース（ワット・アルン着）：1200バーツ ゲストハウスへの訪問マッサージ：350バーツ/人 いずれも価格交渉なしで、Sirichanが提示した価格のまま利用できました。（2025年3月時点） また、これらのオプショナルツアーに合わせて、朝食の時間を柔軟に変更してくれるなど、サービス面でも満足でした。 ② ロケーションが良い 宿泊施設はチャオプラヤ川の支流に面しており、川を眺めながら朝食やコーヒータイムを楽しめます。 さらに、大型ショッピングセンター「アイコンサイアム」へはタクシーで約10～15分とアクセスが良く、お土産や夕食の買い物にも気軽に行けます。アイコンサイアムには高島屋も入っており、日本人好みの商品が多く揃っているのも魅力です。 タクシーの利用はGrabアプリを使えば、事前に料金が確定しているため、ぼったくられる心配がなく安心して移動できます。 家族4人での宿泊（私、妻、大学生、高校生）でしたが、寝室が3つあるため、それぞれのプライベート空間を確保できました。（予備の寝室が1室追加であり） 何度もタイを訪れていますが、今回ほどぼったくりの心配なく、価格交渉なしで安心して旅行できたのは初めてでした。 オプショナルツアーは他社と比較検討しても良いと思いますが、今回は全てSirichanのプランのほうが優れていました。 AirbnbとGrabの2つのアプリだけで、安心・安全な家族旅行が実現できました。

We rented Won's place for a working retreat. The internet worked great, the washing machine was easy to use, the kitchen was well equipped, beds and linens were very comfortable with plenty of towels, the hair dryer was of high quality, air conditioners worked great, and showers worked well. We loved to be able to walk in the area and the pool and gym were very well maintained. Since we could easily walk to 7-11 we were able to purchase things for our first night. After that we used Grab or the 7-11 app and ordered food to cook. We cooked nearly all our meals in. Grab had no problem finding us to go out. The only challenge we had was getting to the apartment from the airport because the taxi driver missed several exits. When a couple of remote controls did not work, the owner came immediately and fixed everything. This is a relatively new development so everything is nicely laid out and clean. For what we needed, it was perfect and I would happily go back.

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de la part de Dannie et des autres personnes travaillant dans l’établissement. L’appartement est propre, confortable, très bien équipé et à deux pas du BTS, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans toutes les zones touristiques de Bangkok . La piscine et la vue depuis l’appartement sont très agréables! Dannie nous a gentiment proposé de quitter les lieux plus tard car l’appartement n’était pas reloué après nous . Nous avons vraiment apprécié . Merci pour ce super séjour !

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

My three friends and I had a wonderful stay at Kannaphat's apartment. The spacious accommodation, convenient location, and great hospitality made our experience truly memorable - highly recommended!

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Marg reagierte auf Anfragen innerhalb von Minuten. Es sind nur wenige Minuten Fussweg zur BTS um die Stadt zu erkunden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber auch in der Nachbarschaft innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder nach Bangkok kommen würden wir wieder bei Marg übernachten.

This is my 2nd time staying here and Ill be back for a 3rd time in 2 months. The unit is as described. Everything works. It was wasy to get to and to enter. Its quiet and simple. The host, Char, is A+. 😃👍🏼

There are so many things to talk about how comfortable and great apartment Aid has. Aid is very responsive, helpful and friendly! The apartment is just 20mins away from the airport. You have everything you need and if you need something else, there’s a 7-11 just right below! Railway is nearby too. Easy location to get a grab. There’s also a vending machine below for your daily dose of coffee/tea. There’s an area for you to chill too. It feels like home. Quiet and peaceful. Balcony is cosy and windy at times. No traffic noise and able to get a good sleep. I’m lucky to be able to stay at Aid’s. I will definitely come back again.
