good location, many good hole in the wall restaurants nearby, walking distance from the beach and mall. great place to sleep, would not recommend trying to cook.

We loved our stay in Ayubs apartment . The size was absolutely grandiose. It was beautiful to be up amongst the trees- so peaceful . Ayub was good at responding to a couple of issues we had. The couches and beds were all very comfortable and homely . We were concerned about the open air plan and insects but it wasn’t an issue at all. Located in a walkable spot to good eating restaurants and the local Warung next door was a favourite . We could hear the street noise at night but once we retreated to the bedrooms we weren’t bothered by the noise . Check in was easy. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Ich war mit dem Appartement sehr zufrieden! Ich konnte super schlafen, es ist nachts sehr ruhig. Wenn man die Straße weiter runter fährt kommen tolle Cafés und Restaurants. Der Pool ist super, der Garten ordentlich. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben wie freundlich das Personal ist 😍 Risma hat so super gereinigt und war stets sehr hilfsbereit ❤️ man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Am Eingangstor ist auch immer jemand. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, hier komme ich gerne wieder hin ! 😊

Had an amazing vacation at Anama’s place- lots of space, vast garden, beautiful pool. Water cooler and fully equipped kitchen- made us feel like home, everything is perfectly clean. Big thanks to Anama and the team for making our stay great.

Everything was way beyond expectations. Arriving at 2am, Dewa welcomed us kindly with watermelon juice. The breakfast and laundry and cleaning service that always prepared with care gave me a real break. We enjoyed life in the villa with minimal time outside. The pool had a clean water change every morning, keeping it clean at all times. Even in the evening, it was convenient to apply for room service at any time. I was able to get a business trip massage service in the villa, and I was very satisfied. Also, they gave me a taxi when I was out of town. Dewa is the best host I've ever seen. His service always touched me. My family will forever remember our three days in the villa Sindhu.

Wir haben noch nie in einer besseren Unterkunft übernachtet, alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist traumhaft mit wunderschöner Aussicht, toller Umgebung und viel Komfort. Die beiden Hausmädchen Widya und Dian waren die perfekten Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben von Ihnen tolles Feühstück bekommen, sie waren immer sehr höflich und haben uns bei all unseren Fragen geholfen. Wir wollten zum Beispiel Roller ausleihen nd Wäsche waschen und es wurde direkt geholfen und alles organisiert. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend und wir waren mehr als begeistert. Die Einrichtung vom Haus ist gemütlich, das Haus ist mitten in der Natur und man kann Geckos, Eichhörnchen und andere Tiere beobachten. Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Es gab viele kleine Extras wie frische Blumen oder kostenloses Mückenspray. Wir haben den Koch- und Essenslieferservice mehrfach genutzt und waren damit sehr zufrieden. We had a group of 8 people, and the set up of the rooms allowed us each to have our own space and balconies. The rooms were clean, and cleaned well daily. The staff was polite and helpful. It is down a side alley, so quiet and private, but the main street has plenty of shops and restaurants. And it is an easy walk to the art market, Ubud Palace, and monkey forest road. This is a lot like a homestay, and quite Balinese. If you are looking for a chain hotel or something fancy, this is not it. But if you want a balance between local Balinese expereince with still some western comforts, this is perfect. The rooftop pool was clean and provided a great view of sunrise. There was clean water and coffee in each room. And they have an honor fridge for drinks.
