It is a very small, compact apartmen,t but still has everything you need. It was easy to find and enter. The location is good with places to eat local food and even buy groceries like 7/11. It looked like on pictures so what you see is what you will get. Note that only sink is in the kitchen, so that is where you will brush your teeth, wash face, etc. The owner was quick to reply and seemed pleasant to communicate.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

従業員の方は全員丁寧で優しく、柔軟に対応してくれました。部屋はとても綺麗で、水回り等も問題なく使えました。 タオルも必要な分を申請するとその都度もらうことができ、ツアーでタオルが余分に欲しい時もすぐに対応してくれました。 また毎日水も無料で補充してくれたので、水の心配も要りませんでした。 とにかく大満足な旅行になったのはこのエアビのおかげです。 本当にありがとうございました。

Ik ben een maand gebleven om te werken en in het weekend Cebu en omstreken te ontdekken. De plek is ideaal omdat je kan genieten van het zwembad, de rustiggevende tuin en het dakterras waar je kan zonnen of rustig ontbijten. In de omgeving is een winkelcentrum waar je kan eten, drinken en boodschappen doen. Uiteraard zijn er overal straatverkopers waar je lokaal eten en fruit kan halen. De supermarkt is handig voor producten zoals water, zonnebrand etc. De locatie zelf is wat ver van het ceuntrum van Cebu, maar binnen 30 minuten ben je in de stad (met Grab heb je zo taxi en eten besteld, voor je eigen deur). Het internet was goed genoeg om meetings te hebben en er was een bureautje waar ik kon zitten en werken. Pierre en Nelia waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaven tips over wat er te doen was. Haar famlieleden waren ook zeer behulpzaam en als ik iets nodig had stonden ze voor mij klaar. Ik kijk met veel plezier terug naar het verblijf en zou zo volgend jaar weer boeken.

Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! perfect place if you need to stay in mactan for short or long term. gated community makes you feel safe. the host is always quick to respond and accommodating. provide additional cleaning and laundry services at reasonable rates for added convenience. the house has everything you need and makes for a comfortable stay.

Thank you for letting us stay at your airbnb. It was a wonderful experience, and we loved that we can order from our room. The T.V. had youtube and netflix which never lagged. We also liked that it was a gated area. We felt very safe. Daghan salamat.

We have a comfortable and pleasant stay at Maddox Homestay. They were kind and considerate enough to wait for us even if we checked in quite late in the evening and they were prompt in answering all our inquiries and concerns.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great AirBnB - spacious and clean. The host family was very welcoming. Check in and check out was a pleasant experience.

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.
