Die Wohnungen ist top renoviert und sehr sauber. In der Wohnungen gibt es alles was man braucht.

Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

HELLE GERÄUMIGE WOHNUNG,ZENTRALE LAGE Wir(6 Junge Männer) hatten eine super schöne Woche in der Wohnung, Jelisaveta hat uns die Möglichkeit gegeben früher in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Früher das Gepäck abzugeben, war kein Problem. Wir waren ohne Auto da und hatten keine Probleme alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus(Busbahnhof 10min zu Fuß weg) zu erreichen. Auch ein Großer Supermarkt ist innerhalb von 15min zu erreichen. Kleines minus: Es gibt genau nur 6 Gabeln, Messer und Löffel sowie Gläser - Teller gibt es mehr als 6. Wäre schön gewesen ein paar mehr zu haben:)

We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

My husband and I can highly recommend this genuine and well equipped pearl. Absolutely perfect location in the old city - we enjoyed the view of the blue sea from the bedroom and the charming street from the kitchen. Just two minutes from the apartment is a wonderful swimming spot where you can also enjoy the best sunset in Croatia. Good and quick communication with Manuela. And we got a ride from the bus station.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und können uns wirklich nicht beschweren. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an einem sehr schönen Ort. Alles war sauber und Sanja ist sehr freundlich und nett.

Eine Woche entspannen und herzlichen Urlaub in Kroatien. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bei Nada wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden mit Kuchen begrüßt und im Kühlschrank lagen bereits Getränke. Außerdem gab es Cevapcici, Palatschinken und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Auf die Nachfrage, wo es gutes Olivenöl gibt, fuhr der Sohn mit uns sogar nach Fazana. Wir haben die entspannte Atmosphäre am Pool sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an mehreren Stränden und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Fazana und Pula. Restaurantempfehlung am Strand Neno Bar und in Fazana die Konoba Vasianum.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wundervolle Zeit in Milkas und Igors Haus. Fantastisch sind die Badebuchten, haben wir meist jedoch mit dem Auto aufgesucht, und auf dem Grundstück der wahnsinnige Gemüsegarten, wo wir die leckersten Tomaten 🍅 genossen haben sowie Paprika, Zucchini etc. Besonders toll war auch die Außendusche und dass wir umgeben von grüner Landschaft waren.

Sehr nette Hosts. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Von Garten direkte Weg zum Ufer, zum Start einem Spaziergang. Zur Uferpromenade oder zum Strand ist es ca 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Istriens mit Auto. Das Haus ist von alten Steinhausstill mit Holzladen. Überdachte Sonnenterasse Richtung Südsüdwest blickt direkt auf den ruhigen Meer, lädt zum Frühstück oder zur Entspannung ein. Wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst: das gemütliche und geschmackvolle Haus mit abgeschlossenem Garten in dem der Hund frei laufen konnte. Sehr ruhige, friedliche Umgebung, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Grüne, duftende Wälder und Wiesen, klares Wasser, eine reine Freude. Alica ist wirklich ein 'Superhost': die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit war super, sie hat uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt und mit Kostproben regionaler Besonderheiten. Insgesamt eine tolle Mischung aus freundlicher Betreuung und angenehmer Zurückhaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful week in Fažana! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and close to many local places of interest. It made our stay relaxing and convenient. Doris is a great host and we received lots of valuable tips for our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Quiet, comfortable apartment. Perfect for a few days in Pula.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Zeljka and her father were a delight. Very helpful and communicative, with suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. Would highly recommend!

We had the absolute best family break - everything was perfect, the apartment, the local area, everything. Tea and family were very welcoming and accommodating, also very generous - we felt right at home. Will definitely be back again 😊👌🏻

The apartment was very charming. It had a beautiful view of the ocean🌊 and the location was great, many restaurants near by and lots to do! We enjoyed our stay very much!😃
