The room was so peaceful. Perfect for a staycation! The room’s smell and view are also very good too! Condo staff are always approachable. The host is very responsive as well. Thank you so much, Ms. Gina, for my stay!!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean and well-maintained. The hosts were responsive. The location is perfect to all the places we need to go and is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

The place was perfect for our trip in Davao because we practically just went out everyday to explore Davao and bring our kids to different attractions that they would enjoy. However, this the place has no swimming pool, which is fine with us, but if you are looking for a place with swimming pool then this is not for you. However, this is perfect to people like us that went out everyday during our stay. Besides, there are a lot of places in Davao to visit. The host is responsive as well as Marlon, the immediate contact person. Everything was fine. Thank you.

Our family of 5 people stayed here 2 nights, and it was great! We had everything we needed, the AC and Wi-Fi worked great, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to find and Florenda was always easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here if we are in Davao City again!

5-Star Family Vacation Home in South Davao City

It was worth the stay, and we enjoyed it. Our Hi-Ace van preferred to stay out to not spoil the parking space, which is big enough, but the gate is relatively narrow for today's big vehicles. There are wide spaces on the sides and in the backyard, which we failed to use for dining out, etc., due to our schedule. The dining table is enough for six people, while the kitchen has only one conduction stovetop. Since we like to cook unprocessed meals at home, the host responded well to our request for more pans. Cool place outside, cooler inside since all rooms are airconditioned.

we had a great stay at Mr. Prince place. He was very responsive and helpful. About the unit, ot is clean walkable to the area where you can find variety of affordable foods and also it is located at the center of the City literally you can see the City right to your window and it is so amazing your are at the middle of the City where the Building located but still you can feel a fresh air from above. And most of all the rate of this place is so reasonable 👍

A Perfect Stay! Our stay at Syudad Hardin was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely be back!

Anrym’s place was really close to SPMC. We could walk there. Their place was really clean. Really good size place. Bathroom was very big. Hot water heater did not work, but really didn’t need it. We had to reboot WiFi, but after that it was great. There is amazing food across the street from the gate, (Chloe’s eatery) ate there everyday. They had a lot of selections. There is a lot of tricycles that come by so you can always get a ride. We loved Anrym’s place.

We had a very peaceful stay at Jacky’s place. It is located inside a very quiet subdivision. We are conveniently near, about 15 mins to South Pacific golf course, which was actually the reason for our trip to Davao. There are also restaurants, supermarkets and eateries nearby. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay at Jacky’s place.
