We really enjoyed our stay here as it was nice and cosy and just a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Communication was great and Igor was very helpful with things to do around. A few things that you might need to bring is all your toiletries (Shower Gel & Shampoos) as there was none there when we visited. There is a shop that’s a 2 minute walk away. Check in was easy but if you are getting dropped off you can’t pass the boom gate without paying an entry fee. They can drop you off in front of the boom gate as it’s only 50 metres to the front door. This is apart of a complex so they have their own rules and you must pay them for the boom gate to open and the parking at the main reception. The washing machine is not in the apartment you have to give it to the reception and they will do it for you at a cost. Igor gave us information of a cheaper laundromat close by. He was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Lovely stay in Bansko, helpful host and concierge. Bar and restaurant was great, highly recommend. Appartment complex also has a ski rental shop at a reasonable price

Had a great stay over February half term for a week of skiing. Apartment was super quiet. Lovely and warm, bigger than expected. Comfy beds, well kitted out kitchen with lots of place for 4 people to move around. Nice balcony which gets the sun in the late afternoon. Fireplace is a great feature. Didn't use it as we didn't have the time, but definitely would have for a longer stay. Not far to walk to the Gondola. We left our skis at a rental place opposite the Gondola car park and was about a 10 minute walk from the flat. Great shower, lots of hot water. Very good WiFi as well as good TV and choice of channels. Would definitely stay here again. Responsive and helpful host.

A fost alegerea ideală pentru un sejur la schi. Odată cu noi a luat vacanță și mașina pe care am lăsat-o în parcarea gratuită a complexului. Accesul la telegondolă a fost foarte ușor iar în apropiere am găsit multe restaurante și magazine. Apartamentul este spațios, curat, cald, cu acces în curtea interioară și vedere către munte. Comunicarea cu Elena a fost excelentă.

internet was a bit sketchy, but he was always trying to help with it and it wasn't his fault. he got me another router within a few hours and offered to get me a 15gb data card, which is really cool

Had an amazing stay. Apartment was very clean and furnished nicely. Dmitry was very helpful and responded immediately and was always very helpful. Another benefit that wasn't mentioned was the underground parking, meaning the car wasn't frozen over in the mornings. Swimming facilities with hotel were pricey at 60 lev for child and 80 lev for adult. would definitely stay again. As previously mentioned you do have to walk through kids room to get to main bedroom, this was not a problem for me but something to be aware of.

Vasil’s place was easy to find and check-in was super smooth. Parking was close by so we were able to walk with luggage from the parking spot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was functional with a really nice shower. Kitchen had everything you need but with this the fridge was intermittently making noise when sleeping but then that is to be expected when staying in a studio apartment. The apartment is in a brilliant location for skiing as the gondola station is a 2 minute walk away.. lots of choice of nice bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep of the apartment! This was the best thing for us when having to carry all our equipment. Sometimes music from venues can be heard but it was never enough for it to bother us. Overall, this was a really lovely stay and we would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Logement très confortable, bien équipé. Hirsto est très serviable et réactif. Il m'a offert une bouteille de vin car il a dû changer mon lieu d'hébergement, qui était aussi bien que le premier. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Елена очень гостеприимный хозяин! Заселение прошло легко и быстро. Студия произвела самое лучшее впечатление: абсолютная чистота, прекрасные виды, полностью оборудована для проживания. Удобная кровать, безупречно чистое белье. Обслуживающий персонал предупредителен и ненавязчив. В отеле замечательный внутренний бассейн с джакузи и несколькими банями, а также есть внешний бассейн, где можно позагорать, выпить коктейль и освежиться в прохладной воде. С веранды бассейна открываются захватывающие виды на Банско и окрестности. Это отличное место для релакса и перезагрузки после трудовых будней, обязательно сюда вернусь уже на более длительный период. Спасибо Елене за теплую встречу и отличное место для отдыха! Momchil was a great host! He was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The custom tourist guidebook he prepared was super helpful and made exploring the area easier. The place had a lovely view, and everything was well organized. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Talat’s apartment for six months, and everything was perfect! Whenever I had any questions, Talat was always quick to respond and incredibly friendly in resolving them. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views, fresh air, and an amazing spa. The balcony was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Andrey and Sonya’s place was great! They were very friendly and helpful. They even made an exception for us after an issue with the Airbnb platform. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation, it was warm and cozy with a breathtaking view of the mountain. We will definitely visit again!

Wie hatten hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Bansko, aber dadurch, dass das man eine sehr gute Bar im Green Life Resort hatte, hat das nicht gestört. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam.

We spent an amazing month at this apartment, there was everything we need for everyday living. Beautiful view from the balcony, definitely recommend it.
