The place is so homy and relaxing, and very affordable. Sir Ronald is very understanding and considerate. I surely recommend this place.

Ramona is very welcoming and warm. House is nice and homey. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Vigan Town. Lovely free breakfast daily within your stay. Crystal and Ed were also very helpful and approachable. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place.

My whole family and I had a great time staying in this place and we will certainly recommend it with our friends and family. We felt safe and looked after well by our host. The service and friendliness of our host was beyond expectation. The house is big enough for our family to hang out and we were impressed that every room has its own shower and toilet. We had an amazing time at Lem N Rev’s place! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The location was spot on, with easy access to Baluarte Zoo, Hidden garden, Calle Crisologo, and Mindoro Beach—we loved how convenient it was! The hosts were awesome—really friendly and quick to respond, always ready with helpful tips and recommendations. They even provided free itineraries to help us navigate both Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop with farm views and appreciated that the place is pet-friendly. The free, gated parking was a big plus—it made us feel safe and at ease knowing our vehicle was secure. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Lem N Rev’s place to anyone visiting Vigan. We’d love to come back again! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We were delighted that we chose to spend our 3 days and 2 nights vacation here at Balai Ylocos. The house itself is like communing with the old and the new. It's very relaxing and well-ventilated. Honestly, you don't need A/C since it gets so cold at night. The place has videoke for entertainment, rocking chairs for relaxing. Very spacious outdoor dining area for all of the family. We were 14pax and the place probably could accommodate more. The house is just in front of the beach so it's a great sight to see. Most of all, Madam Eleanor is very accommodating as well as her staff, I have just good words for them. They accommodated our request for "paluto" and buy from the market maaking our vacation way easier and worry-free for us. We will definitely go back and stay to one of Madam Eleanor's rental property for sure. Thank you again!

Great place to stay for big groups! The host and staff were very accommodating and quick to assist with our requests. Nice private pool with option to turn on water fountains, which really helps to bring down the ambient heat. Gas range is available but there’s only minimal available cooking tools, so it’s best to bring your own. In a peaceful area, but still able to reach Plaza Burgos and main attractions by hailing a tricycle just outside the Airbnb. Parking also available. Overall, worth the booking!

this place is super spacious and nice to stay at. for family trips just perfect. sadly WiFi isnt available in all rooms (signal not strong enough) but it lets you come together more in the main room. kitchen could need a makeover but it's fine, clean and usable. beds are super comfortable! overall we enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend and come back when I'm in vigan again.

We had a great time at Kalubungan Farm View. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Would absolutely recommend to stay there! The hosts are very accommodating This place is a heaven for me and it made our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.

We really had a great stay. The place was so big; everyone was comfortable. We are a group of 17, so I did message Ms. Karen before booking and she answered every question that I had regarding the space, additional charges, etc. Sir Ricson was also very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for 2 nights and our experience was superb. The owner and his caretaker were very accomodating, kind, and friendly. The beds were large, clean and nicely done. We were able to relax because the farm is surrounded by pure nature. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at Ronald and Wilma's Airbnb! The location was perfect—conveniently close to all the main tourist spots, making it easy to explore the area. The house was cozy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ronald and Wilma were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

This is a great place for a group to spend time together. We were having a bit of a family reunion, and it was wonderful to have us all in the same place and be just our group without other guests mingling. There was plenty of room for us all to eat together and play some games, but also many spaces to find a little quit moment. Having the beach just steps away was incredible, then sounds of the waves so calming. It almost seemed like it is our private beach. I think the final comment is that after four days, we all would have wished to stay longer, not like some places where you are looking forward to getting back home. All of us were already thinking of staying here again, with different groups of friends, and definately again as a family gathering place.
