I have stayed at a few units in this building & the large bedroom was a nice luxury. There are a few things to consider about this rental: Pros- the large bedroom; large refrigerator; end unit; good Aircon Cons- the hot water heater would trip the electricity about every 10 seconds; the towels seemed water resistant; the WiFi was extremely slow; the living area is quite small & has a lot of stuff inside, so not as relaxing as expected. Overall, I had a pleasant stay & good sleep. A great price for a big bedroom.

Nice room in a nice new apartment building. We enjoyed our stay here for a week. Gym is well equipped and pool also clean and nice. People work in reception area are also friendly.

it was a very nice stay.. Kami sekeluarga berlima menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam. Fasilitasnya lengkap, terutama ada mesin cuci karena tidak banyak apt menyediakan mesin cuci, jadi untuk anak-anak yang pagi sore berenang, tidak ada masalah karena bajunya bisa langsung dicuci dan dijemur kering. Perlengkapan dapur juga lengkap, sangat memudahkan untuk membuat light meals. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan ke mana -mana (BXC, fresh market dll). Sedikit tips: untuk check in jika membawa banyak barang, bisa membawa barang dari lantai loading dock di atas B1.

I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

This a very honest review. Kevin has a really nice place. Clean and well design interior. You can really feel like at home. The place has a lot of facilities, and i really enjoy to stay. I really appreciate for him as the landlord, he would like to make sure all the thing properly setup before we come in. I really recommend this place. The place is a walkable to AEON Mall BSD. The place has Mini mart. For sure, i would come back if i really have a chance to visit again. Thank You Kevin for the warm welcome.

Great unit! But the air conditioner should be upgraded or take the repairment on some AC. But overall it was nice experience

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Lucky’s house was great. Worth the money. + internet hi speed +playstation works well +premium equipment +easy to find trash bin every where +modern interior +secure cluster (I saw security go around many time every day) +air conditioner super cool +working area so comfortable (the chair) - check in time 3 pm, but I was check in at 4.10pm

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
