This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a tiny cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Mba Sita & Mba Sely are superkind & helpful host! they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering near by access about 10 minutes to ICE BSD without traffic. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Mba Sita's & Mba Selly’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable Airbnb experience!"

It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

The housekeeper goes above and beyond to support you: easy check in and check out, cleaning, receiving packages, getting to know the environment and even customized help according to your specific needs. Pak Sanjaya is communicative, responsive, and accomodating when we requested for some adjustments be made to accomodate our 18-day stay Overall an affordable homestay.

A great choice to stay with family and friends. The tower is within walking distance to the mall and easy to access. The host is also very responsive, even at midnight. We would be happy to stay there again if we visit BSD. Thank you!

Sangat nyaman dan banyak fasilitas. Kamar juga bersih dan sangat gampang untuk check in

it was a very nice stay.. Kami sekeluarga berlima menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam. Fasilitasnya lengkap, terutama ada mesin cuci karena tidak banyak apt menyediakan mesin cuci, jadi untuk anak-anak yang pagi sore berenang, tidak ada masalah karena bajunya bisa langsung dicuci dan dijemur kering. Perlengkapan dapur juga lengkap, sangat memudahkan untuk membuat light meals. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan ke mana -mana (BXC, fresh market dll). Sedikit tips: untuk check in jika membawa banyak barang, bisa membawa barang dari lantai loading dock di atas B1.

I would like to highlight that Dennis was the most supportive, kindest, and most responsive host I have ever had. I stay at many airbnbs throughout the world. There are many great hosts. However, Dennis went above and beyond as a host which was a really humbling experience for me. He was always supportive of my inquiries and helped me with various things during my stay. He was always very kind and cordial during our interactions. Everything I needed was provided in ample supply. If I needed something, it would happen the day of the request or inquiry. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I was truly humbled to have stayed here. In a way, I fear that this good review will jeopardize my ability to book this place in the future because of my good review. However, Dennis deserves such a wonderful review due to the level of service - and I am happy to provide this. Truly, it was like having an older brother helping you out and looking out for you. My family and I had an extended stay at Nilawati's place and can't wait to return. The pictures honestly don't do the apartment and location justice. The apartment is immaculately clean and well kept with every essential item needed to maintain it. The balcony views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The apartment building has an unbelievable pool/garden/playground area with equally spectacular views of the sea. And the apartment building is literally connected to the adjacent Baywalk mall that has a large grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and even a cinema. Nilawati is also a superb host: always responsive, always helpful, and always very considerate and accommodating. We really felt at home and that had a lot to do with both how well this apartment is maintained and prepared for guests but also with how great Nilawati was at being a kind, responsive, and considerate host.
