We had an incredible stay in Alphen Constantia! The property looked even better than the photos, was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Town, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay in Constantia. The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything we could have hoped for. From the start, Jo was an excellent point of contact, responding quickly, accommodating an early check-in, and providing great recommendations. The pool and garden were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!

One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Wonderful interior, amazing styling, great hosts, gorgeous secluded garden, location is 10/10. A 2 minute walk to the beach, coffee around the corner, morning runs start right outside your door. Extremely clean, lovely bedrooms, perfect bathrooms and we were super happy having Doreen around to help us clean. We will definitely return to this slice of heaven- thanks so much dear Keira!

We are ten ladies who stayed 4 nights to take part in the Two Ocean’s marathon and enjoy Cape Town. The house had enough room for us all and we were very happy to be given the option of having two singles rather than King beds in some of the rooms. The views from the top balcony over the ocean are beautiful and the downstairs has a table for 10 and a great lounge area. Bonus was the coffee machine and well equipped kitchen. Having the housekeeper come every day was wonderful and he is efficient, helpful, discrete and friendly. The house is walkable down to the beach and bars and restaurants in Camps Bay. We couldn’t have had a more wonderful stay.

I was tempted to say that Sam's place was as photographed, but the photographs do not do this place justice, at all!!!!. The scenic view outside the dining room and on the balcony are worth the stay. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. As a collective, we felt at home in the villa especially with the security provided. Sam is such a responsive and thoughtful host, and Mestina, the housekeeper, is a gem. She does a wonderful job, is sunny, and can be a smidgen shy, but truly a joy to engage with, if you choose to do so since she isn't forward with guests.

We booked this villa for a family trip to Cape Town with the majority of people in our group visiting Cape Town for the first time. The villa is perfect for a big group as it has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. All the rooms had huge beds and lots of storage space for clothes. There’s also a really big, well-equipped kitchen & a gas braai so it’s ideal if you want to cook at home. There are also 3 different tables to dine at. 2 outdoor & 1 indoors and we ended up using them all. In addition there’s a lovely big living area for hanging out or watching movies. Our favourite feature was the pool and sun loungers - February was perfect weather with most days having no wind so we spent loads of afternoons in the pool. I have to also mention the views - unbelievable location with Table Mountain right behind the house. Deer Park is also just down the road and we did a walk there on one of the days. Brilliant area that’s super safe. Our hosts were so responsive and really helpful. Thanks!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

Thank you so much the house is even better in real life than the photos, it was absolutely perfect for the multi generational family we had, so much space for everyone. We loved the pool table and the glass room at the top with such incredible views. So many memories we were very sad to leave. Tenbie was amazing as well so helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone :)

Der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und detailliert eingerichtet, es ist alles sehr sauber, die Kommunikation funktioniert reibungslos und die Lage ist wirklich kaum zu überbieten. Meine Familie und ich waren begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

This place is amazing! We had a wonderful time at this welcoming home. Everything is warmly and thoughtful decorated, the kitchen well equipped and it just offers all you need to spend a wonderful time. From a bbq to the pool, cozy bedrooms and a private garage. We were so happy to spend the last days of our holiday there. Jana was super friendly and helpful giving us a lot of tips and replied super quick when we had any questions. Thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful. We will definitely come back!

One of the most stunning Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the master bedroom and rooftop decks are incredible and the best place in Cape Town to watch the sunsets. The private pool area is beautiful, the master bedroom is a real delight and the bonus upstairs areas are fantastic. Communication was so responsive and helpful. Always felt safe and secure

The house is great for a multi-generational family holiday. Lots of room and entertainment space.

We spent a really happy week at Markus’ house. It’s really cleverly designed and very attractive. Comfy beds and nice linen. The garden is gorgeous, with a small pool but perfect for a plunge and a very nice place to spend an evening. Molly the housekeeper was lovely and welcoming and able to help with some ironing and do a clean of the house. The house is really well positioned to explore Cape Town- whether you want to go to the coast or the Waterfront or Constantia. There are some great restaurants and nice shops a walk from the house. Markus is very responsive and helpful.

4 On Varney's was perfect for our large group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The house is beautiful, clean and vey comfortable. The pool is small but very nice. There are several nice outdoor seating areas. The kitchen is small but worked well for preparing the kids' dinners. The ladies that run the house are wonderful! They welcomed us warmly upon arrival, made up the rooms each day, and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning (extra fee). They will also do laundry for a reasonable extra fee. The location in Green Point is perfect as a home base for exploring Cape Town. Walkable to V & A Waterfront, lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a quick Uber to other neighborhoods. The house is also on the same block as a grocery store (SPAR) and liquor store. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

As beautiful as it can get. Lorraine’s property does not rely on location only but is a real home. The moment you walk in you get the cozy feel of the apartment. Great layout, various relaxing areas, comfy beds, a kitchen with literally everything you could think of and a view which compares to nothing we’ve enjoyed so far. And Lorraine as the most responsive and kind host. We could not have had a better time. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property in Cape Town even though our stay was short. The views from two of the bedrooms were breathtaking. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Carol was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out. The property is located in a quiet and safe area. The property is equipped with am alarm that has a quick response armed security service. We forgot to disarm the alarm a few times and for each time security arrived at the gate within seconds. I couldn’t find any faults with the property—it was perfect for our stay! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice property that can host a large group or family in Cape Town

the place was very neat and tidy. the host is very thoughtful in providing ammeter and very clear instruction manuals. kids loved the place, we definitely will be visiting the place again

We had a perfect time staying here for our visit to Cape Town. Cedric was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We did not walk into town, but getting Ubers was incredibly easy. The house was beautiful and a perfect place to unwind after a day of sight-seeing. There are quite a lot of stairs in the house, not an issue for us, but just to note if you or family has mobility concerns. Really can't say enough good things about Cedric and the house, would definitely stay again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality shown by the host and the amazing housekeeper. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing useful recommendations and keeping me informed about the weather, which really helped me pack appropriately. Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. Sushi was friendly and charming, always a joy to come back to after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place where comfort and care are top priorities.

What a beautiful location! We usually stay on the Atlantic Seaboard but had a wedding close by so decided and this home gave us a newfound appreciation for the Southern Suburbs. Exquisite views and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool which is the perfect spot for a sundowner. Wisdom and Jaime were so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and we always felt like someone was o hand to assist. The standout for me is how relaxed they were towards our children. Usually travelling with 3 boys under 7 is stressful because it always feels like there is so much pressure to keep them quiet but our kids were welcomed warmly and that put us at ease. We loved our stay in this peaceful home and will hopefully be back soon. Thank you Wisdom and Jaime for your kindness and assistance throughout.

Incredible stay, beautiful house and amazing location. The pictures do not do it justice! The house is tastefully decorated and filled with beautiful art. It worked perfectly for our needs and it felt homely whilst we stayed with family over Christmas, with even a small tree and decorations. Despite it being the Christmas period, we were always able to contact Denise when we needed anything and she was always happy to help. We would 100% stay again as the view is one of the best in Cape Town and right at the end of Chapmans Peak, it’s very central to everything that we wanted to do and visit whilst in Cape Town. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed staying at this villa, it was clean and safe and the hosts were responsive, helpful, warm and friendly. Whilst it wasn’t in the centre (town) it was fairly close in our opinion and it was also closer to wine farms. Quiet neighbourhood, felt safe, close to a shopping centre. Cleaners came every few days also. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

The place was amazing with wonderful views and right on the beach. Easy access to Cape Town. Easy to entertain people too with nice BBQ area and pool.
