Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

Really enjoy staying at Pulas Villa. Everything was perfect, very a clean, comfortable yet sophisticated villa we’ve been stayed at. Host was very responsive and friendly. All according to the pictures, it even surprised me that they have space for yoga/exercise beside swimming pool. Recommended place to stay in Jogja and definitely will come back!

Stay For 4 days, 5 adults and 2 kids Nice, peaceful, clean and great location Full Kitchen equipment and utensils if you do your own laundry, they have all the things you need lots of Fruits, Coffee, Noodles etc. And have extra-bed. We never meet in person but the owner always communicates well and gives complete and clear instructions. 5 out of 5 Very Recommended

Such a homey accommodation for large group. Safe neighbourhood in a residential area, close to city center. Very sufficient amenities: soap, shampoo, towels are provided. Sufficient kitchen appliances.

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

The host was always very responsive and helpful and It was easy to checkin. The place was very clean and it was so much space, we felt very comfortable. There are many restaurants, food stalls and small shops nearby.

Sangat rekomendasi banget. Bagus dan terawat, fasilitas sesuai dengan deskripsi yang di tawarkan dan dalam kondisi bagus dan terawat. Jarak ke malioboro kurang lebih 18-30 mnt tergantung kondisi jalan.

We loved our stay here. We highly recommend staying here for at least 5 days and let Buddi guide/tour you around every day. He was a really great driver with a wonderful family, always responsive and ready to take you anywhere. Very experienced and knowledgeable, and above all very kind and welcoming. The house and view on the rice field are beautiful. The other ladies who manage facilities and make breakfast are really nice as well. We were even invited by Buddi/all of them to celebrate Eid together with their local community, which was a very special end to our stay here. We hope to come back in the future!

Tempatnya bersih, tapi water heater hanya ada di 1 toilet dalam kamar. Kolam ikan sudah tidak sebersih di foto. Sisanya sangat recommended, lokasi cukup ditengah kota, host sangat ramah.

Saya suka tipe villa yg seperti ini, private parking, ada penjaganya, jalanan arah ke villa juga besar. Villanya bersih, ac kamarnya dingin, kolam renang bersih dan cukup utk berenang. Host helpfull sekali, fast respon dan friendly. Kekurangan: - living room konsep terbuka, jadi panas krn tidak ada ac. Ada kipas tapi ga berasa apalagi kalo siang 😅 - habis berenang becek di koridor krn design villanya (bisa minta tlg penjaga utk keringkan) - kalo hujan angin mungkin air bisa sampai masuk ke living room (lagi2 krn design villa)

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

I had an amazing stay at Abimanyu Surya's House Godean! The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and feels just like home. The amenities provided are top-notch, from kitchen utensils to a rice cooker, fridge, linens, fast wifi, and a smart TV. Everything is just perfect, making my stay extremely comfortable. very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D
