An amazing place to stay if you want to get away from city’s hustle bustle and relax in a calm and soothing village life with city like amenities. The Airbnb is located in Mattu village and has private access to a beach. The house in itself is very homely, with all amenities available and top tier furnishings. The host Vivek is very proactive in communication and suggestions/recommendations. A special shoutout to the caretaker couple who makes amazing Poha (I personally don’t like it but it has changed my perspective 😅). All in all a 5 star experience, must stay for anyone who wants to relax and unwind. We went there post surfing for three days in Mulki so the change in pace paired even better.

I am usually a harsh critic but this was truly a five star experience for me and my family. the spot is as private as it gets, and perfect for a peaceful getaway with your loved ones. we got amazing service from the caretakers at the property, and all our needs were met at all times. Kaveri, the owner was constantly in touch with us which added to the experience. if I had to get extremely picky about cons I would say there's a property being constructed next door, but that too is nearing completion so won't bother you with sounds if you choose to stay here. note- I would STRONGLY recommend having your own vehicle or some sort of rented arrangement for transport. this could make or break your experience.

Staying in this villa is pure luxury! It's like having your own slice of paradise with privacy, stunning views. If you have the chance, indulge in a villa stay—it's worth every moment. I had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Great location with easy access to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again

What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.

Arjun was truly a super host. I booked his place for my parents and they loved the place and service. Arjun also went out of his way to fulfil their last minute requirements and made their stay a very pleasant one.

It was excellent ,wonderful and comfortable home stay with all facilities, it was just like our own house,nice surroundings. Very good and cooperative host
