The apartment is spacious and bright, suitable for a couple. fast internet (300mbps) and the working desk with chair allow you work comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom cover all the basic needs. The location is in 20 minutes from the town center and the sea coast and 5 mints from the hypermarket. The host is very kind and responsive, met us in person at the checkin and checkout and helped us when we discover that forgot something during leaving.

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

красивый вид из окна. рассветы и закаты. хозяйка была дружелюбная и отзывчива. все вопросы решались быстро. хороший комфортный диван и матрас. отлично выспались и отдохнули. есть смарт тв Ютуб и Нетфликс. кухня удобная все работает. спасибо

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Spent 4 wonderful nights at Stefan’s Airbnb, we are a newly retired couple in our mid-60’s who travel mostly on public transport. The accommodation is well positioned, 20-25 minutes flat walk to town centre, bus station & supermarket are 10 minutes walk, the Tivat International airport is 7m taxi away. The hosts are special people, and we feel fortunate to have met them and shared a couple of hours of chatting to them on their patio one sunny evening. Thank you for making the last stop of a seven week holiday so enjoyable.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

Wonderful and kind hosts, if you need something they will always help. Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet and peaceful area. However, everything you need is very close. I highly recommend this place!!!

Apartament praktyczny z ładnym widokiem i w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Branka is a friendly and accomodating hostess. She's supported by her daughter Nina, who managed all communication in English perfectly. I do recommend this place if calmness and distance to cities is preferred. There is a bus stop at the main road, like 15Min afar. But motorized vehicle is recommended, except you really love walking and don't mind seeking small trails and carrying your groceries uphill. To Sutomore it's 40Min of walking, partially along a beautiful promenade. To Bar exists a small trail along the mountain. (With nice spots for sunset) Everything was as described, as well as clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. But having the stove at the veranda, far from the sink of the kitchen inside the house, can be a disadvantage. But still i enjoyed preparing my meals. The bed is comfortable, i slept well. Highlight have been the fruits and the juice Branka shared. First time in my life i saw Kiwis on a plant. Luckily ready to harvest during my visit :) Thank you!

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

This Airbnb is exceptional - beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable in a very quiet location close to the town. The pool is a great bonus. Marko was extremely helpful and responsive, and lives next door so was on hand if needed (helping with transport to the airport) but was very unobtrusive. Previous reviews have said it all - yes, up a bit of a (short) hill but absolutely worth the walk. The restaurant a few minutes away (Incontro) has great food and being close to the bus station was fantastic for easy day trips to Perast and Budva.

We stayed as two couples and it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A car is absolutely necessary, but the location is wonderful, private, and quiet. Amazing views from the apartment, the patio, and the beautiful seating area above the kitchen! The only thing we wished we'd known before we booked was that the hot tub is €10 per 30 minutes. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and very spacious. Just a short walk to the bus station so great for day trips to places like Kotor and close to a supermarket. Blazo was a brilliant host and check-in was easy and welcoming. Super helpful, great communication and even helped us arrange airport transfers. Would definitely return to explore more, Budva is stunning. The perfect place! 😁

L’area esterna è molto bella, con piscina, un bel prato e giochi per i bambini, trascorrere del tempo lì è stato molto piacevole. L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto. È stato un buon soggiorno.

Kotor gibi bir yerde kalınabilecek en uygun yerlerden birisi. Merkeze çok yakın ve market olanağı var. Gayet keyifliydi

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
