Квартира полностью соответствует описанию . Очень чисто . Есть все необходимое , даже больше. Все в шаговой доступности , рядом 4 магазина , пляж на расстоянии 70 метров. В квартире в каждой комнате кондиционер , который отлично работает . Есть парковочное место . Марица и Веско - отличные хозяева. Всегда и сразу отвечали на вопросы. Наше пребывание прошло на отлично , отдых удался ! Мы рекомендуем ! В следующем году , если получится , то приедем снова в Бар, Монтенегро , Марица ! Нас было 3 взрослых и 2 детей !

Odličan stan za uloženi novac. Apartman je komotan i uglavnom ima sve što je potrebno i za duži boravak, uključujući i jednostavan parking. Imaćete fenomenalan pogled sa balkona, uz jutarnju kafu kao i potpuni mir. Od šetališta je udaljen 10ak minuta laganog hoda nizbrdo, odnosno 15ak minuta uzbrdo ukoliko ste u kondiciji. Na polovini puta je dobro snabdevena prodavnica Voli, u blizini su pijaca i ostali marketi. Ann je uvek dostupna i brzo rešava sve probleme obzirom da od prvog dana nismo imali TV, u kratkom roku od par dana je donet i priključen. U periodu sezone, u večernjim satima može doći do slabijeg pritiska vode odnosno kratkotrajnog nestanka ali je to slučaj koji je čest na primorju. Kome ne smeta veća udaljenost od šetališta, apartman je za svaku preporuku.

Location sur 2 nuits en octobre 2024 en famille. Ce lieu est un paradis sur terre entre les jardins extérieurs et ses arbres fruitiers et la terrasse ouverte sur une grande vue mer. Notre appartement décoré dans un style rustique était parfaitement équipé. L'accès se fait via une route pendue comme souvent dans cette zone géographique. On sent tous les soins porté aux détails y compris jusqu'au petit déjeuner copieux. Le lieu est géré par une équipe très professionnelle dans un esprit familial. Ça a été notre plus bel hébergement au Monténégro. On vous souhaite le meilleur pour les événements à venir, je n'oublierai jamais ce passage chez vous.

Great place to stay, as described. The pool is just amazing and you have access to the sea too! The location is about a 25 minute walk to the nearest town. Bear in mind there are lots of steps in the accommodation to get down to the pool. The flat was modern and very well decorated and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and very helpful and gave us a video to find out flat and parking etc. A great host!

It’s a perfect place to chill right on the seaside. The apartment is cozy, comfortable with an amazing view. Ksenija was friendly, and helped to solve some issues.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

Wir waren letzte nur eine Woche dort aber die hat auch sehr gelohnt. Die Wohnung war wirklich süß und total ausreichend für uns fünf. Und das beste, der Stand direkt vor dem Haus ohne Straße...

Lovely and convenient house with spacious bedrooms, a pool, and garages. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, arranging the grill and pool every morning. It could have had a bit more equipment in the kitchen, but we had a great time.

Great place to stay in Bar. Really close to the sea and all necessary shops and markets. A variety of restaurants nearby. Own barbecue zone and a place to eat outside. Amazing view. We were kindly permitted to check in earlier and leave later, which was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The host Djordje, was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Amazing place with beautiful energy 😊

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Our stay near the old town of Kotor was nothing short of perfect! The location was ideal, just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of the historic old town, allowing us to explore its charm and beauty at our own pace. The accommodation was beautiful, offering stunning views of the bay and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the beauty and history of Kotor—highly recommended!
