We were so lucky to book Maria’s place. She couldn’t have been warmer or more friendly! She was quick to clarify any of our questions about the apartment, even late at night. She also helped with so many things outside of that, such as calling other Italian speakers on our behalf (unrelated to the apartment, just a kindness to us). She lives one floor up, so was available to walk downstairs, if needed. Fuorigrotta is very walkable and well connected to the rest of the city—there is a bus stop right outside, there are several train lines, and it has has many wonderful restaurants (Pizzeria di Napoli!), grocery stores, etc. It is a lively neighborhood—close to the soccer stadium and concert venues—perfect to experience the energy of Naples! We had everything we needed for a longer stay, especially easy laundry access (at home and at a lavanderia). We felt right at home and even extended our stay—Maria helped us do that through AirBnB. Can’t thank you enough, Maria! We’ll be back!

I can’t find anything negative to complain about for this place. Everything was AMAZING, from even before I checked in to the moments I left. Francesco was quite helpful and kind, and made my stay welcome and calm. Forio was beautiful and I am SO glad I visited. I walked (personal preference) to Giardini la Mortella and the Poseidon thermal baths, and was able to spend time at the beach as well. After checking in, I received a great comprehensive list of places to visit and that was the cherry on top of my experience. Thank you both for an amazing stay, I can’t wait to come back!!

Bacoli is a charming town. It’s certainly fun to explore the towns around it and beyond. The apartment was bright with exclusive access and well organised. Very clean, functional, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well provided for. We enjoyed our stay during the winter of 2024.

Ho soggiornato in questo bell’appartamento a Ischia porto per 10 giorni. Lo stesso risulta pulito, ordinato e fornito di tutto il necessario, oltre che arredato con stile. Non avendo a disposizione l’ auto la posizione è strategica sia per spostarsi a piedi a Ischia porto sia per visitare altri luoghi sull’isola, in quanto la stazione degli autobus si trova nelle vicinanze del porto e quindi poco distante dall’appartamento. Pur essendo in centro la zona è tranquilla, ma dotata di tutti i servizi. E’ piacevole passeggiare per le vie del centro o al porto e cenare in qualche ristorante della zona. La spiaggia di San Pietro è a due passi. La signora Angela si è dimostrata competente, precisa e ci ha gradevolmente accolto con frutta fresca e spumante, oltre a fornirci indicazioni utili al soggiorno. Anche la signora Daniela è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!

We had a great stay at this studio - great location for all Ischia has to offer! The host is helpful and very friendly - she made us feel very welcome. The studio is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely garden area and convenient parking. We had a great time!

El alojamiento tal cual la descripción, muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y paradas de bus. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, muy limpio, todo funciona perfectamente. Anarita es una persona muy atenta, nos dio las indicaciones correctas para llegar. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Appartamento moderno, molto pulito e spazioso. Eravamo in 12 divisi in 5 camere. In pratica ogni coppia aveva la propria camera e la propria privacy anche grazie ai quattro bagni spaziosi presenti nell’appartamento. Siamo stati molto bene e Federica, seppur influenzata, è sempre stata tempestiva nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Un po’ lontano dal centro ma vicinissimo alla stazione della metro. Inoltre c’è un pub carino proprio sotto casa che prepara ottime colazioni e aperitivi e un ristorante pizzeria comodo se non si vuole tornare in centro per la cena. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio soprattutto a gruppi numerosi.

Sono anni che prenotiamo case su Airbnb . Ci siamo sempre trovate bene, ma la casa di Cristina rasenta la perfezione. Oltre la posizione comodissima ,la pulizia e la sua disponibilità, non abbiamo mai trovato una casa così completa..c è tutto quello che avresti in casa tua. Comodità, calore e buon gusto. Eccezionale

Superbe Airbnb, sans parler du jardin idyllique. Hôtes tres sympathiques et gentils. Petit chat pacifique même avec mon chihuahua. Mon seul regret est de ne pas être restée plus longtemps. J’espère avoir la chance de revenir !!

Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Die Aussenduschen und das schön gepflegte Areal sind ein Highlight. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Die Gastgeberfamilie (Antonio & Imma) waren stets hilfsbereit, herzlich und grosszügig. Sie gaben uns super Ausflugstipps und waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war top. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Casa perfetta, silenziosissima, spaziosa, molto pulita, l’host ci ha accolti personalmente con dei pasticcini, a pochi passi c’è la stazione della linea cumana, in 15 min si raggiunge Montesanto,

O casa minunata, cu multa personalitate ! Casa lui Andrea va rămâne pentru totdeauna în sufletul nostru pentru: - priveliștea minunata către mare și împrejurimile, cu multă verdeață -terasa unde poți să te retragi după agitația din oraș, și simți liniște, calm, seninatate -curtea îngrijită, cu multe locuri de relaxare, deosebita din punct de vedere estetic - cate un obiect vechi, pe ici pe colo, bine întreținut ce păstra vie frumusețea altor vremuri - minunate surprize pentru noi -gresia și faianță din casa deosebite, mobila de lemn, bucătăria - opera de arta, și multe alte detalii construie cu multa grija - tot ce aveai nevoie că să te simți confortabil Parca ai fi fost într-un film vintage, însă cu tot confortul și toate dotările vieții moderne. Iar Andrea este un om dintr-o bucata, de mare ajutor daca ai nevoie, cult, serios, responsabil. O mare bucurie să îl cunoaștem și să stăm în casa lui. Mulțumim Andrea! Pentru data viitoare când o să mai venim, o să știm mai multa italiana!

Carmen's place is close to the Port, is very spacious airy and sunny, and Carmen went out of her way to make things easy for us. Ischia seems relatively little known as a destination for British tourists but with it's hot springs sandy beaches and gelato it's a Mediterranean idyll with Naples and Pompeii a short boat trip away. however best to plan a period in Naples and a period in Ischia as the crossing is fairly expensive especially if you are a large family.

Ottima esperienza! Questo dovrebbe far comprendere quanto siamo stati bene da Anna. Il mini appartamento ha proprio tutto ciò che serve per passare il tempo su questa bella isola. Pulito, contenuto, a pochi passi da Lacco Ameno, che offre tanto, da ristoranti e bar a negozi, nel periodo estivo quasi ogni sera c'è uno spettacolo o della musica. Anna e la sua famiglia... Che dire, la loro ospitalità è superlativa, disponibili, con tanti consigli su cosa fare, cosa visitare e come muoversi sull'isola. Facilissima comunicazione, sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze. Fino alla fine ci ha supportato. Grazie di cuore. Un abbraccio enorme, Marzia e Luca

Ottima ospitalità, io e la mia compagnia ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Peppino, Rosa e il dolce cane Cesare, persone squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, Peppino ci ha saputo indirizzare verso i migliori luoghi da visitare ed era disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta e soprattutto un ottima compagnia per una chiacchierata, ci ritornerei volentieri.

Perfekte Lage, super sauber, sehr schöne Aussicht, bequemes Bett, super Kommunikation. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke an Francesco.

Lorenzo ci ha accolti nella sua dimora a braccia aperte. Arrivati ad Ischia, con netto anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in, Lorenzo ha fatto il massimo, riuscendoci, per farci entrare con anticipo nell'alloggio, accompagnandoci con l'auto fino a quest'ultimo. La posizione della casa, che tra l'altro era ben pulita, ci ha permesso di muoverci senza l'utilizzo di mezzi, sia per arrivare sulle spiagge che al centro (il quale dista circa 5 minuti a piedi). Anche dopo il check-out, inoltre, ci è stato concesso di "depositare" le valige, in modo tale da girare ancora un po' l'isola prima di partire nuovamente.

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Rubina ist unkompliziert und schnell. Sie hat sich mehrmals bei mir erkundigt, wie es mir geht und ob ich alles habe, was ich brauche, da sie mich wegen ihrer Arbeit nicht selbst empfangen konnte. Diese Aufgabe hat Veronika perfekt übernommen. Das Studio befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlegestelle des Tragflügelbootes, das von Neapel abfährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Forio sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Haupteingang und der Strand ist gleich nebenan. Am besten haben mir das hauseigene Thermalbad und die beiden Außenpools sowie die schöne Gartenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Ich werde diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Rubina, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !

L’appart était super ! Je recommande fortement ! Même s’il n’y a pas grand chose autour en revanche pour sortir nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
