Barano d'Ischia : locations de villas de vacances

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a fantastic stay for our time in Naples. Everyone was taken aback by how beautiful and large the space was including the terrace. Dominico was very responsive and helpful. He even came to unclog a toilet for us. There is ample space for a large family to live and entertain and just enjoy the beauty of Naples. There's a great beach within walking distance where the locals go. They also rent kayaks there for the bay of Naples. The gelateria and cafe at the top of the hill are fantastic! Finally there's a pharmacy and a grocery store all within walking distance. There are 2 major businesses lines at the top as well. The only thing I would say to warn other guests about is the neighbor in the unit below. The best thing I can say is to keep the noise to a minimum as much as possible at night and simply ignore the woman below. Don't let her detract from your vacation because this house and location are wonderful. Thanks again Dominico!

Tout! Tout est parfait très propre et très bien pensé ! Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et un couple on a eu tout ce qu'on désirait et même plus: accueil chaleureux et hyper généreux ! Maison propre très propre! Maison très grande et très bien équipée et aérée Literie parfaite ! Emplacement parfait !!! 10 étoiles si cela était possible ! La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et d’une discrétion absolue ! La maison italienne de rêve ! Merci encore

La casa è a dir poco stupenda, raffinata e ricercata nei dettagli architettonici nonchè negli arredi tutt'altro che commerciali! La posizione si commenta da sola e le foto non le fanno giustizia. Un luogo da sogno per godere appieno della bellezza del territorio. L'ottima ospitalità e carineria di Michele per il check-in e check-out completano il quadro. L'unico dramma è il dover andare via.

Wonderfull host very helpful and sweet Great place very spacious good location

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in decades of travelling all over the world. The house has everything you need, very clean and comfortable, well organised and in one of the most beautiful locations on the island. The view of Capri and the bay is stunning, and even though it’s a bit of a steep hike to get to the top (we could do it in 20 minutes and we’re not regular hikers) it’s definitely worth it! There’s a small village to explore 2 minutes down the path and a restaurant with a remarkable view of the gulf of Naples and great menu. Giovan Giuseppe is a wonderful host, very friendly and kind, excellent communication and always responsive. He helped us with every request and question immediately, really going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. Ischia is stunning, but this house and our lovely host really took our holiday to the next level. Thank you Giovan Giuseppe for your hospitality! We definitely recommend staying here!

Place was mind blowing, the view from anywhere in the house felt surreal. Stayed here with three friends (young travellors), the place had everything we required. Despite being in the higher up part of Ischia, we didnt have a car or scooter so only hassle was getting around, but thats on us. Plenty of area to yourself and your family or friends, would absolutely recommend this to anyone travelling in and around Ischia. Couldn't have stayed at a better place!

Great spot, easy check-in! The host even sent a little video so we wouldn’t miss it (since it comes up at a different location on google maps). Was the perfect little getaway!

The house was exactly as listed and Ivan was friendly and readily available to respond to questions and share local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here if you wish to be close to Anacapri’s center.

This place was absolutely magical!!!! It was so much more than pictures can do justice. The garden surrounding the house was so special. The view was astounding. The house itself was just what you would imagine a house would be on Capri. It was so beautifully decorated. We are so incredibly thankful that we chose this place. If we come back to Anacapri, there is no other place we would want to stay.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft. Man erreicht den zentralen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, Capri- Stadt wie auch den Busbahnhof mit Bussen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb v. 5- 10 min. Man wohnt aber oberhalb der ruhigen Straße mit dem Blick auf die Marina piccola. Ganz Capri wie auch die Unterkunft erfordern ein wenig Freude beim Treppen steigen. Wir wollen wieder kommen. We had an absolutely amazing stay! Paola is a fantastic host ~ kind, thoughtful & friendly. She met us at the pier, had a taxi booked for us, met us at the location and personally checked us in.. as it was Sunday, the supermarket close to us was closed. So she asked us to send her a list of what we needed to start, and she personally picked up & delivered it to us! The view from the terrace is spectacular! It was our favorite place to relax after a dat of sightseeing & shopping. Comfortable, homey & luxurious. It easily accommodated the 4 of us, and can comfortably have 6. We had everything we needed ~ bathrooms are big and stocked. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable that you need. Comfortable beds and couches, tv with accessible to things like Netflix, reliable wifi.. This was the perfect place to spend 5 nights. Great location for Capri Piazza and getting transport to Anacapri. Close to a great supermarket. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wow! What a place to stay in Capri. The view is amazing, the house is clean, and the host is very accommodating. We will be back and highly recommend this home.

I can’t put into words how amazing Villa Claudia was for hosting my sister’s bachelorette. I left feeling like a local and am already planning my next trip back. The home itself was GORGEOUS with spectacular views and perfect amenities. The water taxi pulls up right to the beach under the villa and the different ways to leave the villa always made each day an amazing adventure. You can’t get this kind of experience at a hotel and I wouldn’t want to experience Ischia staying anywhere else again! Thank you thank you Claudia and Jonny for everything. Hopefully will be back next year to do it all again 😊

Wonderful home with the perfect location. Views are beautiful and you can easily walk anywhere. Communication was prompt and accurate. Great AC which for our family was wonderful being that we are from Texas and love our cool homes! 😀 Isabella, who met us at check in makes sure you have all you need and gives all the information for the home. She was such a joy and so helpful. We read reviews and some had recommended Isabella to cook dinner for one of the nights of our stay. We had her and her sweet friend who was 83 years old cook and let me say it was wonderful! I have such a respect for how hard those two worked to prepare our family the most fabulous dinner. Our family loved our stay and will forever cherish the memories of that wonderful dinner. Thank you Isabella for taking care of us!

The place was amazing. It was close to Capri downtown but secluded enough to be quiet and private. The house and the grounds were absolutely stunning. My kids swam in the pool for hours. Our family loves staying there and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

our stay at the villa was fantastic! the cows are breathtaking, it was quiet and such a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. Mayra and Alessandra were right on top of things and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Mayra was super responsive to any requests and helped us get taxis and book experiences too. 10/10 recommend!

We loved this house and the space we had - we were only 2. I loved to wake up, take a coffee and walk around on the ground and look at the views. The pool is very nice, too. We slept very well and it was super quiet. We would come again!

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!
