What a complete joy to stay at Holders. We are only thankful to have shared a little time with such lovely people. Breakfast was superb and a lovely social experience, and the whole stay has been more like staying in a friend’s home. Thanks Astral, and all the team. We absolutely loved it.

Honesty I’ve never done a private room before always done apts however, after my 5th trip to Barabos within 2 years, i said why not! ( its clearly the people that keeps me coming back ) I would do it all over again thanks to VANESSA!!!!!!! What a joy to be around, she’s makes you feel right at home! The location is prime time for R&R. morning rains and the sounds of wind hitting the trees in the evening. I mean best sleep ever! i would definitely come back and stay again. There’s even a car! Thank you again for everything Alfred & Vanessa!

Astral, Joan and all the teams warm hospitality was supper accommodating, the quiet and stunning surroundings, and all the thoughtful details made this feel like a traditional home away from home. Can’t wait to return one day to the magic of this special place.

I had a wonderful stay at Holders House. Lovely accommodation, clean pool, quiet and peaceful and good location. The staff are lovely, particularly Joan the housekeeper and Andre who prepared breakfast each day. Other guests return and provided good recommendations for food and excursions. Met some nice people. You do need a car to make the most of the island, but Astral can help with a cost effective recommendation. The hill is very steep, so going down is fine, but quite an effort coming back! Holetown, Speightstown and Bridgetown are all nearby, and have great beaches and bars/restaurants. Also try the Round House in Bathsheba on the East Coast - wonderful. I’ll certainly return to Holders House!

Juliette, despite being a senior citizen, is quite supportive and a great host. She is a true host of Airbnb; she provided me complementary breakfast. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to have a safe and supportive stay. The house was also beautiful.
