The house was more beautiful than the photos and they have done a gorgeous job decorating and outfitting the home. We loved playing pickle ball, corn hole, and relaxing in the hot tub. The ocean and jungle views are impressive and there was almost always a refreshing breeze. It was our first time to Roatan and I am so glad we decided to stay on the east side. It is way more relaxed than West Bay/West End and the lack of vendors on the expansive beach makes it so much more enjoyable. There were a few inconveniences that arose with the house while we were there, but they are just part of owning a house and Nolan could not have been a better host. He always immediately responded and addressed the concerns. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. If we come back to Roatan, I would definitely not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent Airbnb. Hana/hostess was very nice, very helpful and SUPER quick to respond. The house was fully stocked. The view was exactly like the pics. We loved our stay... clean, spacious, comfy; would definitely stay again. The area has a few great places to eat, is very laid back and who doesn't love bars with water access only?!?

My friends and I had the most incredible and relaxing girls' trip at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view—it was truly picture-perfect and made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and cleanliness did not go unnoticed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. If you're planning a trip to Roatán, I highly recommend staying here! We had a wonderful vacation at Coral Shores. Bob and Mariola are kind and wonderful hosts. Their place has a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, and the sound of the waves lapping at the shore was peaceful and calming. It was also very private. We enjoyed staying in the Eastern end of Roatan away from the crowds on the west side of the island. We plan on staying with them again and highly recommend their Villa.

I enjoyed this place for a couple extra days because of a cancelled flight and she was more than willing to work around my request. The place is awesome and very modern, for the price I felt like it offered a lot, especially since it was so close to Big French Key, Brady’s Cay, Little French Key, Sloths, Iguana, etc. You were able to walk to all activities and felt safe doing so. The host offered multiple recommendations this would be helpful for first time visitors. I stayed over the weekend so I dodged a lot of the construction noise which was nice. A/C was great and all the amenities were a nice added touch. The free parking was also really convenient for any visitors. She was also super responsive which is nice when you’re in a pinch like I was. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to the island!

Customs wants you to know the name "Bella Vista" when arrive. We didn't know that and finally they gave up on us and let us through. Other than that our stay was amazing. Every bedroom has their own bathroom and privacy. The deck and the "tree-top" pool are shining stars for enjoying beautiful views and family time at the home. Don's home was the perfect Christmas getaway with private time and lots of island and ocean exploration. Will stay again in the future.

Truly amazed with this property and its views!! Has the best views in the island. Gated and felt safe the whole time. Home was clean and felt right at home walking in. Would def recommend and stay here again in the future.

He was polite, considerate, sociable, helpful, and quiet, making our stay feel safe and comfortable. Meeting David in person was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend any of his rentals to those seeking a superior Roatan rental location and experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed to an exceptionally well-maintained and clean rental property. If it were possible to award a six-star rating, our stay at this exceptional property would undoubtedly warrant it. Blake & Ana
