We have nothing but amazing things to say about Casa Bada! It is a true gem and perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. Suzy and her family are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the most amazing gourmet four-course meal. It was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend you book a meal while staying here. The view from the Airbnb is more beautiful than a postcard. We loved sitting outside and taking in the breathtaking views, even around Christmas time (the fireplace inside is the perfect spot to warm up). We stayed as four adults and a toddler, they provided a crib, toys and high chair which was so appreciated. It was a good size for all of us. We’re already planning our next visit!

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Very nice house, lovely very helpful hosts. We felt very taken care of from start to finish and they went above and beyond to help with excellent communications. The house was comfortable and clean and a perfect place to spend four days in Cortona. Enzo even went above and beyond helping me get a taxi to the train station on a holiday which was hard to do. Would stay here again!

L'alloggio di Marco, Anna Maria e Federico è un appartamentino carino e curato. È situato in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il centro di Firenze facilmente ed in poco tempo, sia con i mezzi pubblici che a piedi. Nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio ci sono pizzeria, pasticceria e soprattutto la Vecchia Osteria del Nacchero ...tutti posti che abbiamo trovato ottimi! Marco ci ha accolto personalmente ed è stato gentilissimo e cortese, fornendoci anche indicazioni e consigli utili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

This is our second stay at Nicola’s Airbnb. He is a one of the best hosts on Airbnb. He is also an amazing licensed tour guide. Don’t hesitate to stay there and book one of his many tours. The apartment is in a perfect location and walkable.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Florence. Marco - and his lovely Mum - are the most generous of hosts. Honestly in my top 5 AirBnBs anywhere in the world.

Lots of care has been put by the host to make the place beautiful and practical. This place has all the little details that make a place cozy and welcoming (including the pie😋). It was warm and clean, beautiful views from the windows and balcony, modern kitchen and toilets. Beds were so comfortable! Very close to the train station but very quiet. It was great for us as we traveled a lot by train. Highly recommended.

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Daniela est juste attentionnée et parfaite comme hôte. Elle a été très sympathique et toujours disponible pour nous en allant même au delà de ses prérogatives en nous proposant des services annexes pour notre fille qui s’est fait une entorse durant nos vacances. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait et elle le fait à la perfection. Le logement est parfait et que dire de l’emplacement : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare ou de l’aéroport. Le centre ville est un peu loin à pied mais ça se fait très bien quand on est en vacances (30 minutes environ). Malgré l’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, le logement est calme durant la nuit. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très joli. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Grazie mille Daniela

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questo alloggio a Firenze e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è perfetta subito sotto il duomo ovvero il cuore della città, comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, e l’host è stato sempre disponibile con risposte rapide e una comunicazione eccellente. L’appartamento rispecchia esattamente le foto: tutto pulito, curato e molto accogliente. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è stato trovare subito qualcosa da bere al nostro arrivo, un’attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Located nearby either train stations, and a few steps away from a more local commercial street (with lots of good food), but still keeping an arm,s length from the frenzy of the historic centre, it gave us the perfect blend of convenience and peace. The house itself is warm, fragrant, and cozy replete with delightful furnishings and objects (also yummy tea and snacks and a super comfortable bed). We have been thoroughly rejuvenated after spending the past few days at Silverio's!

Francesca takes pride in her apartment. She lives next door, too. The apartment is well outfitted. The washer_dryer is a great addition. the walk-in shower is terrific. There is a loose outlet in the bathroom. what a great kitchen with great finishes. The appliances are all in excellent condition and clean; even a toaster. There are potholders, plastic wrap, foil. Francesca has done a great job as host.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. 我们一行三人12月30日到1月2日入住公寓，由于在路上我们耽搁了一些时间，房东非常耐心地在公寓门口等我们，帮我们提行李到房间，很耐心周到地给我们介绍公寓的设施设备和使用方法以及注意事项。公寓卫生非常好，床品也很干净舒适。公寓地处市中心，和圣母百花大教堂和老桥仅一步之遥，去哪里基本都步行可达，地理位置十分便利，房东很绅士也挺帅的，离开时还帮我们叫了的士。总之是一次很愉快的入住体验，再一次感谢🙏🙏🙏

We had a lovely stay in Florence. The location of this Airbnb was perfect. We’ve been once before staying near the Duomo but much preferred this location in Santo Spirito. The apartment was clean and our hosts provided everything we needed, even extra towels without us asking. Grazie Mille!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo mini appartamento molto carino due adulti e 3 ragazzi. Tutto nuovo sia nelle rifinitura che negli arredi (anche la biancheria del letto e del bagno).Accolti dalla proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatto trovare della frutta e alcune bottiglie d’acqua in frigo oltre all’ indispensabile per cucinare(zucchero,caffè,olio,sale). L ‘appartamento ha un enorme terrazzo attrezzato dove poter far colazione guardando le colline tutte intorno. Ottima posizione. Vicinissimo a Siena e a 15 min dalle terme di Rapolano. A due passi dal paese dove si trovano diversi ristoranti, una pizzeria e supermercato. Consigliatissimo.

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!
