Meredith’s place has everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent, the view is pretty and there are lovely sunsets. Duck has a boardwalk where you can walk along by the Sound and plenty of interesting shops. All the restaurants we tried close by were good. We didn’t use all the amenities as we visited out of season but there’s a lot for just about anyone to enjoy during their stay. The only downside to our stay - and not Meredith’s fault - was an unusual giant cloud of midges which settled outside the house so we had to run the gauntlet through them! They don’t bite or anything, just annoying and we heard from locals it was an unusually large number. Hopefully they’ll be gone for the next visitors! If asked, we would definitely recommend Meredith’s home. It’s a really lovely place.

Frank and Martha’s place is super cute. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The house has lots of open space and is a short drive to all the essentials. Frank’s and Martha were very communicative and accommodating leading up to my stay. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed in. Alan was easy to communicate with and super responsive . The house was beautiful and in a peaceful area. Neighbors were wonderful. Kitchen was easy to cook meals in and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, showers were hot and towels were fluffy! The sound was a walk down the driveway and had great sunsets. Beach access was less than a 8 minute drive. Beach towels and all things you need were available. Pool was perfect and clean. The canal at the back of the house was great and lots of wildlife to hang out with. We would without a doubt come back again!! Just loved this place so much!! Thank you Alan for making our vacation so stress free and enjoyable!!

We had a great stay! We felt very at home, comfortable and safe! It was extremely clean when we got there and had everything we may have needed. There were plenty of local restaurants literally around the corner. We were within Walking distance to everything! We will Definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town! Our host was very friendly and responsive to any texts I sent!! Thank you!!!

Had an absolute blast. Location was great and she was very easy to communicate with. Was so nice to have all the beach necessities. Looking forward to going back especially with the pools open up.

Comfortable, inviting space. Everything was clean, modern and the amenities were well stocked. When back in the area, we will definetely check availability at Artem’s place first!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kearney Castle and we will definitely be back. The rental was in the perfect location and the views of the ocean were perfection. I love that the owners allow us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach too! The hosts recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. We loved Mulligans and Noosa Beach Grille. The deck was awesome also. we visited off season but the street was quiet and the beach was mostly empty, which we loved for the dogs! The house isn't brand new but that's what we loved. We loved the handwritten note instructions on the fridge and the sea shell shelf as a guest book of memories for all the past guests!

Diane’s space has beautiful views. It’s even closer to the beach than the pictures depict. Literally steps away. I enjoyed eating breakfast while watching the waves in the ocean. Diane was very proactive and promptly responded whenever needed. My family enjoyed the beach toys, chairs and wagon that was provided. The space was very accommodating and my family of 5 had plenty of space. We will definitely be back in the OBX soon.

This is a wonderful beach home within walking distance of the oceanfront. Our extended family enjoyed a fantastic visit. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families with a large gathering space on the top floor next to the kitchen. There are several decks throughout the home to catch the sea breeze and air. Beverly was a great host and responsive to our needs.
