vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

best place for its cheap rent. the owner is very responsive. Gave us what we requested even on a short notice. definitely will go back and will recommend to my fam and friends.

The place is wonderful and has a cozy, homey feel. The caretakers are friendly and approachable. However, the pool needs repairs, the tiles are damaged and removed, which makes it unsafe for swimming. The kids got cuts on their feet while using the pool, so the tiles should be replaced for safety reasons. Overall, we had a great stay there.

We also want to give a special shoutout to the keeper, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Sir Felipe was also incredibly considerate and kind, making us feel truly welcome and at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Aither’s place was nice and cozy. He really paid attention to details . Complete kitchen amenities and he had a detailed guidebook for guests to refer to.

I appreciate that they disinfected the floor since I was staying with my infant who walks and crawls a lot.

Marites is an amazing host—she was very accommodating with my late check-in and check-out requests, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an easy choice for my stays. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.

Fely is easy to talk to, and she is helpful. She will offer whatever is necessary to help resolve any issue you have within reason. It would be nice if every host was like her. The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the neighbors are quiet. The people living at Tivoli are kind, and the guards were very friendly. It is helpful having laundry, a market, 7-11, and pharmacy right around the corner! Everything you need is a short walk, or ride away. If I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.
