We had a lovely stay at Francesca's home to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. 6 adults and 3 children were easily accommodated, and the space allowed us to have a fun catch-up. Fran's printed information sheets were great, and allowed us to make the most of our time there. Friendly, responsive host. We hope to be back!

Laura was great answered all questions before and after booking. The caravan was lovely and modern. Nice size and was a winner to see the Yorkshire tea bag amongst other essentials on arrival. The little dishwasher was great to have too. Would defo use again. Thanks Laura :)

Maria and Don were extremely helpful and friendly. The house was absolutely perfect for us, very clean and had everything we needed. We had such a fabulous time staying there! Great location and value for money - thank you again! x

Fabulous lodge, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely festive welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The beds were comfy and a good size unlike other lodges we've stayed in. Peaceful site which is close to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Good communication from the host. We had a perfect family Christmas staying here and enjoyed it so much, we've already booked another stay.

We had a lovely time. Lee is super responsive & really helpful. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The hot tub & pool was fantastic & we absolutely loved it! Great base to explore the north east. Thanks for having us!

We went to Cathy’s place for a girly weekend away and her house was absolutely stunning! Was spotlessly clean & Cathy was so responsive with any questions or queries we had. The kitchen was fully equipped & we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Quaint location, everything you needed right on your doorstep (pub, bakery/shop, walks & activities). Peaceful setting, private outdoor space. Well equipped kitchen, with well put together hamper full of lovely goodies! The Toiletries smelled delightful, the towel nice crisp and white. Beds were comfortable and roomy. Pool table was an absolute hit with the family. Overall a great property in a lovely location, would definitely recommend and would love to visit another property on the rowley estate portfolio!

Really enjoyed our recent stay. It was lovely to meet Joan who gave us a very welcome arrival and made a great cup of tea 😊 Location was superb for catching up with our friends and gave us time to explore the beautiful park at the end of the road. House was very comfortable and cozy, with a lovely sunny garden. Joan communicated very well with us at all times and offered additional information about the area etc. would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at Samantha’s place. Fully equipped kitchen which was great when cooking for Christmas Day! Would thoroughly recommend. Comfy beds, super clean and felt homely. Please note for any larger guests looking to stay, bathroom is very compact.

We had a great stay at Jay's place. The house had everything we needed in terms of amenities, and was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Jaya was very responsive and attended to all our needs. Anyway, only regret was that we only stayed one night ! Hope to come again to Jaya's place for our next visit in Newcastle !

A great find for our 4-night trip to Yorkshire in terms of location, size and comfort of property. Christina was great, quick to respond to our initial enquiry and making sure we had all we needed but leaving us enjoy our stay.

We had a lovely few days at Martin’s Farmhouse. The location was great and the house was even more beautiful in person. We would definitely recommend a stay here and our group would love to go there again.

Myself and my friends had an excellent stay at Sue’s property with our dogs. It helped that the weather was lovely but the cottage would have been so cosy and comfortable regardless. Sue’s instructions were helpful in finding the property and the cottage itself was spotless and well equipped. We have had a very relaxing stay and will definitely look to visit again next time!! Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings the sea can be seen from the front windows and only a few mins walk to the beach and local bars. Michael was responsive and always helpful. The property is big and has all you’ll need for an home from home experience. We are already looking at a return same time next year 👍🏻👍🏻

Beatiful and relaxing space, can hold a lot of people without getting on top of each other. Great for large groups of people with plenty of flexibility for gathering and privacy.

WOW, what a house!! Firstly, the pictures do not do this house justice, it is HUGE and so beautifully decorated and clean. I booked this for my sister’s hen party for 14 girls. The bedrooms are beautiful, bathrooms big and clean and even had shampoo/ conditioner which I thought was a lovely touch. The house is around a 15 minute taxi ride into the centre, ideal location if you want to explore York. The main living/ kitchen space is massive and accommodated all 14 of us comfortably. It was such an amazing house to celebrate my sister’s hen weekend, just beautiful. The hosts/ Julie were also contactable very quickly when we got ourselves locked out on the Friday, just a great experience all round. Thank you SO much!

Great location, around the corner from the Metro. Exceeded expectation as haven't used air BnB before. Hosts were helpful. A lovely place, highly recomend!

Gaynor was a super host. Great communication throughout and great advice and recommendations. Gaynor's home was stylish, immaculate and well organised with everything we needed plus suprise treats. Lovely garden too. We were very lucky with the weather and the location gave us the opportunity for riverside walks in and out of York so it was easy to get to all the attractions we had booked within 20-30 mins. We were so grateful to have such a welcoming and comfortable home to return to after our busy days in the city. We would 100% return and recommend.

Lovely stay, great home, nice and quiet and easy. Spacious house with added bonus of outdoor space. Hosts were wonderfully responsive too. Would recommend and likely will return.

Had a two night stay for my partners birthday. We wanted a home away from home, local to the hussle & bussle of Newcastle & this place certainly didn’t disappoint. The decor was lovely & made it very homely. For a small property (as advertised) the property had everything plus more that we needed. Lottie kept in touch with us prior & was very friendly & helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay
