Very friendly and clear instructions as well as nice place close to everything would definitely recommend!

Other than some building work to the outside of the property (not the host's fault) this was an excellent place to stay and Max was always very quick to answer any queries.

Great flat - clean, well decorated and close to city centre. Very well-equipped - it had everything we needed for a weekend away - and Hollie was extremely responsive and helpful, answering any queries we had straight away. Highly recommended!

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

Cannot fault the property or host. Absolutely beautiful penthouse apartment located perfectly for nightlife and restaurants. Apartment was spotless and very luxurious. Our host was also absolutely wonderful, very accommodating and understanding and always communicated with us so we never had to question anything. They were very proactive aswell in sorting out a minor problem (no corkscrew) which was swiftly delivered when i told the host. Overall a perfect stay and i would recommend to anybody. We will be choosing to stay here again if we come to Leeds in the future.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

A home away from home! Carole is a friendly and accommodating host and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, all amenities needed for a short or long stay, incredibly comfortable and a super location. We stayed for two weeks and have already booked for next year. Would highly recommend!

The place was very clean and tidy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and lovely shower with an option for a bath. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Three of us stayed in the house and my partially sighted friend found the steep and narrow stairway to the kitchen too difficult to manage. The fact that the door opened towards the stairs meant it covered the wider part of the steps. We understand this is a mill house and steps are inevitable and most people will manage, as did my other friend and I. This isnt a complaint at all as the stay was very enjoyable and I would love to visit again.

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this spacious and comfortable home. The place is really big, which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It was spotless when we checked in, which made us feel instantly at home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and the fun soccer table games — we had such a great time! We also appreciated the privacy and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. Having laundry facilities available was another big plus. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

Our family of 3 (couple with a teenaged daughter) had a very comfortable stay. We were travelling with 3 big suitcases and though the apartment was not big, it was definitely manageable. The apartment is on the ground floor, very easy in and out with the suitcases. The place matches the photos. The shower area was very good, with excellent water pressure and constant hot water. The kitchen had all the necessities. My daughter slept on the sofa and she was comfortable. We used the first washing machine which worked perfectly and there was a drying rack provided. The area was quiet and we did not have any noise issue with the neighbours. The apartment was within walking distance to shops and places to eat. We definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

We had 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years stay for two nights. The kids loved it with plenty if space for them to run around and for the adults to socialise. The running joke of the weekend was trying to find something to complain about because we couldn't. Everything in the apartment is of premium quality. From the beds and quilts to the bowls and mugs. You can tell the owners care for the apartment and the experience of the guest. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. The views and locations is fantastic. The sound of running water very calming. I will be back for sure.

We had a lovely stay with friends, in a great location & it was a beautiful apartment. We enjoyed the accessible walks with nice pub stops along the way. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of crockery, nice glasses & pots & pans. The only disappointment was that the essentials were a little sparse with no shower gel, little washing up liquid and small quantities of toilet roll, soap and dishwasher tablets. The kitchen was lovely but had some cupboard doors missing. The apartment was generally clean but a bit dusty around the edges.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
