Richard's place was clean, spacious for our needs, very well located, and had a nice little outdoor space. The rooms were fine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Richard was very responsive. The location was great for us, right in town and a few minute walk to all the restaurants and galleries. The onsite parking was very convenient. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, and a pull-out bed couch in the livingroom. We were a group of four (one couple) and we used all beds, it worked well for us. We would stay at Richard's again!

Paul’s place was beautiful and in a great location! Mile walk into Chatham for good food and shopping. Very close walk to beach to see fabulous sunrises and setting suns! Would definitely stay again!

What a darling space! We felt right at home. It was quiet and cute inside and we were able to really relax. Thank you, Sam for such creating an inviting living area!

A great place to stay for an off-season weekend! Very central location to everything and parking was a huge plus. Only FYI is that a grill wasn’t available during the off-season and we weren’t aware of that, not a dealbreaker though.

We had a great week thank you John. The location is perfect and very central. Very quiet and the house is tastefully decorated. We loved the fire and comfy sofas. It was off season but plenty of things open and wonderful beach walks. Definitely visit Tim’s bookshop, Kohi’s coffee and Mac’s fish market for fresh fish and lobsters. We are out at The Canteen and Finizzi’s both were excellent. If we visit PTown again we’ll be back to stay here. Highly recommended.

Payal’s place is a perfect location to everything you need in ptown. The check in and check out instructions were very straightforward and the spot was a perfect size for an extended weekend getaway. I would recommend anyone to stay with Payal for their ptown trips!

Sam was a great host! He was very helpful and quite nice. The condo was a beautiful little place and looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and homey. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Billy's place is lovely and offers me and my friends a space to gather and enjoy the peaceful moments together.

Jim is a great host. The unit is very nicely updated. It was clean, attractive and very comfortable. Very convenient to Commercial St. with stores, restaurants and the beach. Unit is on second and third floors. The third floor is like a mini suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, private condo right on Main street in the heart of Chatham. Walkable to shops & beach. The home is lovely, welcoming with bright beachy decor. Spotlessly clean. Great layout with each bedroom on opposite sides of the main living space. Nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable, clean and open. We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

Aurelian’s place was wonderful and he was so responsive and helpful! The location was perfect and quiet but still very close to all the action on Commercial Street. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend his place!

Jack was fantastic. Not only was the place gorgeous and comfortable, a snowstorm hit while we were there and he helped us navigate that and offered what he could do to help us out. Wonderful location, amazing views, and comfy home. 10/10

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Great spot with just a 5 min walk to the beach. Cute and cozy which is just what I needed. Super clean and well maintained. Very much enjoyed my stay!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Amy and Julie were wonderful hosts! The home was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our 6 night stay. The location was great, just a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place for us and our Boston Terrier to ring in the new year. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again!
