Mi hija cumplía 15 años y el nos ayudó enormemente para que la estancia fuera espectacular. Fue muy flexible con el horario y sentí en todo momento que a él le importaba mi festividad. El lugar es espectacular y tiene todo lo necesario. Mi hija descansó todo el día antes de su evento en otro lugar. Muchas gracias por tu apoyo.

I had family of 8 stay at this unit and we had a blast! Check in was easy and the security gate/staff made us feel safe. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities we needed were there including the pool toys for the kids. Host was super responsive to everything that came up and quickly took care of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is beautifully decorated with everything in the right place and an absolute gem for a family or couple. The additional outdoor kitchen and breakfast table was always used.and the BBQ was superb. We have been here for 4 weeks so far and this is by far the best we have stayed at with the communication with the host who had some brilliant suggestions for hikes etc.The place also has all the stiff you could need if you like to cook (or BBQ) at home. it was absolutely an amazing place and it is clear that the host has a strong eye for detail. And, of course, it was super clean. Absolutely loved this place and brilliant hosts. (We never met them in person but they were absolutely superb and we felt like we knew them). As for improvements to the property or hosting, for us there are none. It is a lovely place which we enjoyed pending time at. We also had those little Guinea pigs, toucans, monkeys and a little racoon pop it's head over whilst I was having coffee.Wonderful

The rental is in the perfect location. Five minutes walk to beach or grocery. Nice quiet location. The Rolling Thunder Bar at entrance is a great place for food or drinks. Cristan was a super host and met me at check in and answer any questions I had. Will definitely book with him again.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was our 2d stay in Jaco and John's place lived up to all our expectations. We escaped a freezing winter and found ourselves in paradise. Truly enjoyed the penthouse, especially a private roof and 2 balconies overlooking the ocean and the beautiful pool surrounded by flowering greenery. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities from containers for miscellaneous items in the master bathroom drawers, fully stacked kitchen, extra towels and linens to beach chairs and umbrellas. We really appreciated little details (shampoo, soap, garbage bags) as we could start using the showers and the kitchen right away, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Sunsets from the roof were fantastic and so were walks along the beach, surfing and boogie boarding. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Taxis and tour operators had no issues picking us up. Communication with John was prompt and easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing apt in Jaco with the best location. We loved the pool and the place was very comfortable for us four guests. The hosts were very sweet and helped us arrange transport and gave us extra of anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Súper lindo el apartamento y la piscina es muy cerca del apartamento! Hay gimnasio también q la par de la piscina!

Mi familia y yo amamos la casa, el condominio perfecto para unos días de descanso, privado y silencioso para dormir, la casa está equipada con más de lo que esperamos, las toallas nos encantaron, además ponen toallas extras, la seguridad de aparcar y dormir sin pensar en el coche, además de tener restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca nos hicieron pasar una exlente semana con mi esposo e hijas, pudimos preparar deliciosos platillos en su cocina y una tarde de piscina, sin duda volveríamos.
