Pros: Beautiful views, nice big pool and plunge pool with 24/7 access. Private, remote feeling, but close in enough that it’s still only 10-12 minutes to town. Fairly well equipped kitchen, nice comfy beds, a/c, and full sized fridge. Cons: This place is small - there are only 2 rooms with no living room or sitting area. It’s shared with another rental attached and only separated by a frosted glass door, so you can hear EVERYTHING. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, or ensure there are not others staying during your stay. The gate sometimes sticks and this appears to be an ongoing issue. The owners are very responsive though and will tell you how to bypass it, but still kind of annoying to have to get out of your car and do this. The biggest con was the hot water situation. There is hot water, however, there is a trick to getting it to work, and you only get about 2-4 minutes tops of hot water at a time. Overall not bad and would stay again, but price is too high.

Our stay was great overall. The owner was fantastic however we were not very pleased with Otium as the description showed 3 bedrooms however they are separate units. Since this was not clearly explained in the Airbnb listing, we overpaid for something we did not use. We were not able to use the other unit at all as we have small children that we can’t separate to a whole separate unit. When I called to discuss, I was told I would get a call back and I have yet to receive a call regarding a partial refund.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the home had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great and beautiful place really liked it. The host was very helpful, great communication, friendly. He went out his way to help us and we really appreciate it. We would definitely come back, recommend this place to stay in.

The staff was pretty attentive, always checking in on us. There were a few minor issues, but they were fixed quickly. We had to cancel part of our booking, and at least they refunded us for the time we didn't use.

Whenever we needed assistance, he was always there to help us find a solution. The property was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. For example, during a recent island-wide power outage in Puerto Rico, he personally came by to start the generator for us and took the time to show us how to operate it ourselves in case it happened again. His responsiveness and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable.

Ice cold AC (a must) rooms were nice and cozy, the place was clean upon arrival.
