Exactly what we were looking for - peaceful and out of the way, but close enough to towns and hiking trails that it didn't feel like a burden to drive to wherever we needed to go. Michelle was a great host, responsive to any questions, and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the little touches in the house, like toiletries we may have forgotten in the bathroom and condiments in the fridge. The house itself was well-maintained and well-stocked with everything we needed for the week, especially considering that we planned on eating in for most meals. We would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for some place quiet but convenient to Mammoth Cave National Park.

Stayed here with my family on a trip to Mammoth Cave. Was close to everything we wanted to do and house was comfortable and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at Simply Sailing. great cabin with everything you could need. great covered area to a park boat with pull through driveway. 2 mins from boat ramp, and close to a gas station and a great little pizza place. 5 stars for us. We look forward to staying again.

My family of five stayed there for a few nights for a family funeral. I grew up just a few miles away, and realized that one of my Sunday school teachers lived in that house when I was young. Tiffany has done a beautiful job with it and I'm glad that it's still is open to families having fun!! It worked perfectly for my family.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Overall it was clean and comfortable. Lila was responsive and helpful, she even rushed a replacement order of nespresso during our stay. Convenient location for what we needed since my family is in the area, otherwise it might feel secluded - very private and quiet. Would stay again!

Wow. Amazing space, with the ultimate WOW factor! We spent a long weekend in KY, hitting Mammoth National Park. We fell in love with Barron River and this GORGEOUS lake home. We had teenagers and they had tons of space to chill —which is huge. This home is breathtaking and has everything you need. Consider yourself lucky to have enjoyed such a beautiful home . We will be back in the summer in full lake mode. Hit Paradise Point and Paige’s pizza!! There is a liquor store on the drive in off 252 that was super cute and had a food truck too. Thank so much for a great spring break in the hills of KY, prior to the start of 6 baseball leagues 😅 We had a blast!!

Great Airbnb good hosts and very comfortable place

Great place to stay for a little unplugged getaway. Since the place is a little remote, it was super convenient that the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with anything you might need. Even though the weather wasn't the best we still had a great time walking on the trails on the property, cooking dinner, and playing card games. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend!

If I could leave more than 5 stars for extra credit, I would. It was an incredibly peaceful stay. The horses were serene. The dogs were so so friendly. My 10 year old LOVED the tree house and the creek. (She wants a creek in our yard now. lol) The space was exactly as described, looks just like the photos. All the comforts of home. The kitchen had any dishes, pots, pans, containers, foil, etc. you could possibly want to use. And so CLEAN! And Tracy and her family are the most lovely people. I enjoyed getting to know them. I highly recommend staying here!!!!

I love the location of this home. The area has beautiful old trees. The check in was a breeze. The kitchen is a dream kitchen it had about everything you would need. Both bedrooms were nice and big. The bed was very comfortable. The home is very clean. This place is big and could sleep 6 people easily. I had a few questions and Ashley answered my question quickly.

Overall a very good experience! The parking is street parking but literally the most convenient. Parking was right in front of the door & the place is located in the middle of downtown. It was super clean and the bed was so comfy. With it being next to the train tracks, I didn’t need the ear plugs the host provided but my bf did and he said he slept just fine after putting them in. Angela also provided a sound machine which was awesome! Overall, we both enjoyed it and would gladly book it again!

Richard's place was exactly as he had described it. The bedding was wonderful and the towels are better than hotel quality. It was an easy drive to Mammoth Cave and walkable distances from the grocery store and numerous eateries. Highly recommend!
