Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

This establishment offers an exceptional experience, providing tranquility and breathtaking sunsets. Its immaculate cleanliness and reasonable pricing make it an ideal choice for a memorable stay. Highly recommended, it earns a perfect 10/10 rating.

🤩A must stay!!!I don’t normally write lengthy reviews. However, I can’t express enough how impressed I was with EVERYTHING!! My sisters, myself and my mom did a girls trip to our homeland. I’ve stayed in 5 star luxury hotels that rival the cleanliness of this condo. Gerardo & Mayra were a step ahead the entire trip. The location could not have been better, literally on the beach. The pool was amazing, the grounds were superb and interior was spotless. I can’t say enough about this place other than we’ve already re-booked!!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was very comfortable. Communication with the host was always easy and smooth. If I had to suggest anything, maybe adding more seating options and a full-body mirror would be great—but honestly, that’s just a small detail. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

We had a magical stay in Rincón. Cheryl was an amazing host and had plenty of great local recommendations. The space was clean and the location could not be any better- steps from a beautiful pool AND from the beach! We really appreciated that this area is quiet, comfortable, and safe. We would recommend (and hope to revisit soon!) this spot in a heartbeat!

Raul’s place was even cuter and nicer than the pictures! Everything is brand new, grounds kept meticulous, peaceful, and quiet (other than an occasional rooster crowing 😃). I didn’t have a chance to use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Lots to do and good eats in town. Directions on getting there were a little tough and could use some updating but with Raul’s help we found it easy enough.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.

The condo is lovely and the location is fantastic. It’s a great jumping off point to everything in the area. It’s a gated community and you have great parking which can be an issue in Rincon. The view from the porch is spectacular. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on a regular basis. There isn’t a lot of beachfront anymore, but there is a very nice small sandy beach on the far end of the condo complex.

Our stay at Bill’s home in Rincon, PR, was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolate, and a spotless home. Bill, our exceptional host, went above and beyond, offering personal touches like feeding the fish each morning and inviting us to join him. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed—board games, binoculars for stunning views, and Netflix for relaxation. We always felt extremely safe. Bill also shared local gems, from hidden beaches to top restaurants, making us feel like locals. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful to Bill for making our stay so special. This experience was priceless and worth every penny. Thank you, Bill! We would blindly recommend this experience to everyone❤️

Such an awesome stay! The sound of the waves while sleeping was so awesome, same for the view of the beach. Location was great because you’re in a more private area but just a short drive to central rincon (food, shopping, etc.) 4-5 min drive to beautiful not busy beaches and there are even more public fun beaches about 15 mins away. Me and my boyfriend loved this place! Highly recommend.

This was hands-down one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed at, and I couldn't recommend it enough! Not only is the surrounding area quiet and pretty, but the grounds of the house are incredibly well-maintained and could rival a botanic garden. We enjoyed multiple sunsets overlooking the ocean, and really liked sitting outdoors in the hammocks listening to the birds and ocean at night. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including beach gear. Rithy was very kind as well and had some great local restaurant recommendations, a few of which we tried and loved. The only bad part of our experience here was knowing we had to leave!

The place is a wonderful private getaway. Overlooking the ocean, 10 minutes from beautiful beaches and Rincon center. Highly recommended.

Just left, and already planning my next stay here. Stunning, breathtaking views from the balcony, bedroom, and living area. Makes you not want to leave the house. Absolutely loved sleeping and waking up with the noise of the ocean waves. Extremely peaceful. This airbnb over exceeded my expectations, much bigger than what I perceived from the pictures. Close to great bars, restaurants, and beaches. Check-in/out was very easy, hosts provide you with plenty of information/pictures to facilitate arrival. My only concern was the water heater didn’t seem to be working at it’s best. 1000% recommend this airbnb!!

Kathleen’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean, peaceful, and perfectly situated by the water. Watching the sunset from the front porch is simply breathtaking. It’s the ideal getaway for relaxation. Plus, if you love stargazing, the night sky here is incredible—minimal light pollution makes for a stunning view of the stars. Highly recommend!
