My family of six and I had a wonderful time at this paradise of an Airbnb. The location was perfect. Right on the beach with ocean views, private beach, a reef with many colorful fish and corals and other sea animals less than 100 feet off of the beach, crystal clear water, paddle boards, boogie boards, floats, and other beach/ocean amenities. Large veranda in the back of the house that was our favorite spot to watch the epic sunsets and hangout at. Well yard with great landscaping. Everyone was comfortable in their own big bedroom suites with private bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen and living room. All the amenities you could need included. The area around the Airbnb had great beaches, restaurants, shops, and welcoming community. We will be having fond memories of this place and I hope to stay here with my family again in the future.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was very clean, in a safe, quiet neighborhood and well supplied with all that we needed during our stay. The hosts were especially helpful when we had difficulty with our first time trying to locate the house. They stayed on the phone with us guiding us to the house until we arrived. Communications with the host were timely and excellent both before our arrival and during our stay. We also appreciated the suggestions of local restaurants and things to do in the area. We definitely would consider coming back to this home again if we're ever back in the area. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

This is a perfect place for a family. We had 4 adult children and 4 adults. The pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach and we even caught a tuna right off the rocks. The little private beach was perfect with a great pizza vendor. David was one of the best host we have ever had.

We felt right at home! Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The decor was spot on to theme and all rooms were clean. As for the outside space, you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into building both units. The grounds are well kept, private and secured. The swimming pool in the backyard was a fun amenity to splash in. Surprisingly, there was a bonus bathroom. The balcony upstairs provided tranquility. I’d highly recommend staying here to friends and family. I look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you Jayson for being very communicative throughout our stay.

We stayed here with a group of 8 for a long weekend surf trip. The house was perfectly suited to us and was perfect for accommodating a surf trip. The outdoor area was great for hanging and getting ready, and we were able to easily park our cars on the street. I'd do this trip again in a heartbeat.

We loved this property! If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful oasis and still want to be close to restaurants, beaches and stores, this is the house for you (car is though necessary). The views are stunning and the indoor and outdoor living spaces are very spacious and well appointed. The pool is large and well taken care of. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need and the beds are comfortable. The owners, Billy and Maria, are extremely welcoming, attentive to your needs, make you feel right at home, and are just a true pleasure to interact with! They have been very communicative, responsive and proactive throughout our stay while giving us space and privacy. We had a tropical storm during the week we were there and they were very proactive in letting us know the process for them to employ the generator if we were to lose power (which ended up happening across the entire island). We had a great time here and we hope to come back in the future!

Incredible place, an oasis adjacent to some of the best beaches on the island. Great place for a group, we thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals, playing cards, lounging by the pool, relishing the breathtaking views. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous place! The view is phenomenal! Bill was super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Bill invited my 9 year old to help feed the fish in the mornings, which was awesome. The house was nice and clean as described. There was fresh fruit in a basket, as well as a platter of cut up fruit waiting for us when we got there. Bill had a bunch of things you can use at the beaches…. Chairs, coolers, snorkels, you name it he thought of it. It was a pleasure to stay there!

Rincon is beautiful and the home was great for our family of 4. Loved the pool and space for relaxing.

My family and I just enjoyed a wonderful week at Sonia N's home. The location of the house was just right: near to the beach, to restaurants, and activities in Rincon. When I had questions for Sonia, she quickly answered them. I absolutely loved the house, the convenience of it's location, and how comfortable we all were in Sonia's home. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y brindarnos su hogar.

I can see why Carlo is a super host. He is a people person. He was able to show us where to play pickleball and recommend beaches near us and great restaurants. From the balcony we saw dolphins swimming while having our morning coffee. Kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal. Most of all the property was immaculate because Carlo and his wife, Kathy, take pride in their properties.

To say this place was amazing would be an understatement! Right on a peaceful beach with great snorkeling. Close to a lot of great restaurants. I think we spent, at least, three hours a day in the amazing pool overlooking some of the best ocean sunsets we’ve ever seen. Bill was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at peaceful ocean view was beyond description. For us, it was perfect. We enjoy doing yoga, relaxing, and we found the upper yoga deck to be truly serene. We were close enough to everything but up on a hill and this made the breeze is beautiful. We found that Amos and his wife were very responsive. They gave us great recommendations on restaurants, the art walk, beaches. If we ever come back to Rincon, we would stay probably for a couple weeks. This was truly a piece of heaven.
