Our stay at Bill’s home in Rincon, PR, was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolate, and a spotless home. Bill, our exceptional host, went above and beyond, offering personal touches like feeding the fish each morning and inviting us to join him. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed—board games, binoculars for stunning views, and Netflix for relaxation. We always felt extremely safe. Bill also shared local gems, from hidden beaches to top restaurants, making us feel like locals. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful to Bill for making our stay so special. This experience was priceless and worth every penny. Thank you, Bill! We would blindly recommend this experience to everyone❤️

I almost hate to tell how beautiful this house was in order to keep it all for myself. This is a beach house in every sense of the word. It is right on a SPECTACULAR beach. Sitting in the private little back yard looking out at the blue Caribbean listening to those waves crash is going to be my happy place for a very long time. The house itself is clean and laid out and decorated beautifully. The location is private and quiet and tucked away down a secret dead end and it's maybe 5-10 minutes to basically anything you need in Rincon. Ashley & Yohay are clearly skilled hosts as they seem to have thought of just about everything. I am counting the minutes until I can return and I could not recommend this home more.

Casa Menta fue justo lo que necesitaba para desconectarme unos días. Hermosa la casa equipada con todo lo que se necesitaba e incluso más! Los perros estaban seguros y les encantó el poder correr por el patio del frente. Justo cerca de todo en Rincon! Me encantó! Regreso!

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Manuel’s Villa. The rooms were just as pictured. The villa is very charming and comfortable. We used the small pool just outside the first floor almost daily. The infinity pool on the property was fantastic also. The property and surrounding area is private and tucked away from the town, but a short drive to beaches, restaurants, the supermarket and bakeries. I did reach out to Manuel during my stay and response was immediate. He actually was the first to make contact and welcome us to Rincon. We are very happy with our stay, it felt like being home, if we were fortunate enough to live in PR and in such a lovely space! Thank you Manuel. We can’t want to return!

Le logement se trouve dans un magnifique paradis tropical, en face de la mer. Avec un accès rapide à une petite plage quasi sauvage. Vraiment magique! Rithy est un hôte très accueillant, qui nous a laissé de bonnes informations et attentions à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. Proche de Rincon, avec tous ces petits restaurants et bars, le logement est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture, c’est la place idéale pour profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Sonia's place is a beautiful, relaxing home base for exploring Rincon. The house is located just minutes from Playa Los Almendros by car, but you can also walk to it fairly easily. The supermarket, bakeries, and many eateries are within a 10 minute drive. We made extensive use of the covered porch on the side of the house and the gazebo in the gorgeous gardens out back. There are 3 hammocks and numerous comfortable outdoor chairs, all great for reading or having a drink. The nearby horseback riding and snorkeling were easy and fun, and the bioluminescent bay about an hour south is worth the adventure. Everything at the house works well-- wifi, air conditioning, hot water, etc, and the kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook regularly at the house. Sonia is a wonderful host who responds quickly and graciously answers questions about the area. She kindly gifted us a box of delicious pastries upon arrival, which was a nice treat. Sonia's place captures the charm of PR!

Our stay was a 5-star experience. It was a family stay with my teenagers, and we definitely made memories. The place is exactly as pictured and described. The hosts are attentive and responsible at all times, very attentive to details from the reservation, check-in, stay, and check-out. The place is extremely cozy, beautiful, clean, and well-equipped for a spectacular stay. The place is a paradise, and its surroundings are very peaceful, just minutes from the beaches, the downtown, many local restaurants, fast food, shops, and gas stations. I want to emphasize that the property and its location, the city of Rincon, are a great choice for a wonderful vacation.

Our month-long stay was peaceful, inspiring, and unforgettable. The home was idyllic and perfectly located for both work and rest. We joined Amos and Devaki for morning walks, where they introduced us to the neighborhood and shared fascinating stories from their life around the world. We really loved having a plenty of space, access to the yoga deck, and views of the ocean. Thoughtful conversations and a true sense of connection made this stay feel special. We left feeling refreshed, grounded, and grateful.

Absolutely magical spot. Hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!
