First time booking with Airbnb instead of a hotel... HIGHLY recommend THIS location! We felt at home and the place was immaculate and comfy! She had literally everything you would need for your stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay at Steve’s place. It’s exactly as described. Quiet street, right on the water and the boat and kayaks were enjoyed by all the family. Super close to everything we needed but quiet and peaceful in our own little part of the lake. Rice Lake itself was wonderful, the food was good, the Speedway was awesome and 4th July fireworks from everybody else’s property were an added bonus. Would stay here again in a second.

me and a group of friends came here to hang out and relax and we had a wonderful time. The lake is beautiful. We had a blast at the casino. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to rent your space.

My family was looking for a large house to stay in for spring break that was peaceful and relaxing. This stay checked all of those boxes and exceeded our expectations. The pool was so much fun and with the cold weather outside it was like a tropical paradise in the pool area (both were heated)! I really had a hard time leaving that room and with the attached wet bar and bathroom I really didn't have to! Arcade area was also great, got to challenge my kids to some classic games that I grew up playing. Great hosts as well, so responsive to any needs or questions that came up. My family forgot a couple coats in the entry closet and Andy had them shipped back no problem! My only regret is not inviting more people to enjoy the pool, Arcade and living space!

The view from the living room was gorgeous - lovely to have indoor fireplaces. We had all the amenities you'd need in the kitchen to cook any meal. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms on the main floor were wonderful - the master was very bright and not conducive to sleeping in.

Sally's place was beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends, and it's less than a mile away from Stout's Island Lodge ferry (where I was attending a wedding). Sally was very friendly and helpful in her communication before we arrived and we were able to settle in to the space right away. Thank you for such a lovely weekend!

What a beautiful home and location. Peaceful and Private and allowed us to bring our dog. Looking forward to returning next year with our snowmobiles.

We needed a quiet get-a-way with good ice fishing. The cabin was welcoming, clean, and spacious. Two fireplaces were a plus. And we came home with lots of fish! Will definitely want to go back in the summer!

Tim was great to work with. He was easy going, welcoming and genuine. He offered great tips and tricks for fishing too. We will be returning!!

My family & I had a magical winter getaway here! Our 4 & 6 year old have already requested that we come back in the summer! Kirby was so kind and left 2 sleds for us to use, & even some extra snowpants should we need them! We enjoyed sledding down the hill, walking out to the frozen lake, sitting by the woodburning stove watching the snow fall, & snuggling by the fireplace inside. It is so spacious w/ plenty of room for all! Our kiddos loved their bunkbed room, & enjoyed playing w/ the Legos & video games that were provided! We all enjoyed the huge jacuzzi tub & utilized it as much as we could throughout our stay, as it was the best way to warm up after a cold day out! The igloo on the deck added so much magic, & with the heater inside it, we were able to utilize it even when the temps were in the single digits! We loved snuggling in there while the snow fell! It felt like our own personal snow globe! My husband & I explore a lot of cabins, & he said this was his new favorite stay!

Nice little cabin in the woods, quiet, clean and comfortable!! Was fishing so wasn’t there a ton but was nice to come back and chill after a day on the ice!! Beds were decent and comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone who came!! Bathroom and kitchen were decent and what was needed for cleaning up and making a meal!! Tai and his co host Andrew were both responsive to messages and questions and made sure we were taken care of before we arrived !! Would stay again for sure !!

The Birchwood home was fabulous and perfect for our group of 9 ladies. The Pontoon rental places Angie recommended helped us secure a pontoon and gave us many other ideas about the area. The lake was very nice, easy to navigate and the people we met were friendly. The steps to the lake were a challenge for one member of our group but we were able to get her to the dock and in the boat at a neighbors house that had flatter grade. Everything worked out well and Angie was very responsive with the questions we had. A wonderful host. We would definitely stay at Scout Cain again.

Great Christmas memories made. Cabin had everything we needed and comfortable for our family. We skated on the lake and ice fished. Beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen full of amenities. Thank you, Andrea!

We had a great time. Cabin was perfect for us and our dog. We found Chetek to be very friendly. Highlights were watching the eagles on the lake, Auggie Land Dog Park and playing Bingo with Barb at the Somerset Pub. It was the perfect getaway.
