Home was just what we needed for our family group. We loved the spacious house and yard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. We will stay again if we’re traveling that way!

We loved the Millhouse! Tranquil music was playing when we walked in the door which really set the mood. It was beautifully renovated and decorated. Very walkable to the local coffee shop & restaurant. Did some shopping downtown and LOVED hanging out at the Revival Taproom. The host Jessie was extremely friendly and hospitable. I plan to stay here anytime I make a trip back to the area to visit family.

Stay Here! We drove 14 hours to visit family and had originally booked a rental further north. We checked out immediately upon arrival because it was filthy. We found the Chateau that night and Carmen allowed us to book for the next day. Her home is PERFECTION! It was such a relief to walk through the door our first evening. She provides everything you need to enjoy your stay in comfort. She has put so many extra touches to make her home welcoming and the decor throughout is fantastic. Thank you for saving our vacation, Carmen! We would definitely stay here again.

Marvelous home. Ms. Shirley was an excellent host. Very responsive and accommodating. No complaints absolutely no issues. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. I would definitely book again.

This was a beautiful home.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Neils plac to visit my daughter at UGA. 5 minute drive to downtown (or less). Walkable to the highly recommended Mama's Boy diner. Comfortable beds. Great TV set up. Would definitely stay again!

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

Location was nice, surrounded by trees. It was cozy and host super responsive. We went on family vacations with our new born and the huge bed was something that we surely loved. You will certainly need a car to come and go from there.

We travel a lot stay in a lot of AirBNBs and VRBO properties. This was one of our favorites, and we hope to stay here again. Super comfy, intimate space. Well-appointed, with some nice touches like Startbucks Kureig pods and a couple of cold beers and proseco in the fridge. Hosts were responsive and super nice. Well done!

Sweet stay. Lovely historic home and area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

Staying with Yaneth was a great choice! I appreciated having the flexibility to come and go as I needed. I appreciated all the amenities and her hospitality was lovely. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful cute little apartment, wished I could stay longer

Athens is a nice getaway town with lots to do and this place is a perfect HQ for that. Quiet, cozy, and clean.

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.
