Home was just what we needed for our family group. We loved the spacious house and yard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. We will stay again if we’re traveling that way!

We needed a place close to Winder, GA for a friend’s birthday celebration and this was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful and enough room for everyone (we were a party of 8 including 4 teenage girls). It’s a walk up so if you have problems climbing stairs you might keep that in mind. The host was always attentive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Thanks again Eunice. Regards Joe

Immaculate home in very prestigious community. Beautifully decorated. Soooo spacious! Very comfortable beds. High end features like bidet at most bathrooms, granite counters, soaking tub, and what an amazing 2nd floor loft!!! This home is pure luxury. I stayed with my family of 8 and there was plenty of space. The host left treats for us. Everything we needed was at the home. Nice yard. A really nice walking trail just 2 minute walk from the front door. This really is a perfect space. A hidden gem among Airbnbs. This will be my go-to home whenever I come to Atlanta, hands down!!! Thank you so much for 2 wonderful stays 2 weekends in a row. I'll be back soon!!!

Marvelous home. Ms. Shirley was an excellent host. Very responsive and accommodating. No complaints absolutely no issues. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. I would definitely book again.

We had a great stay! The house and property are beautiful, the animals are absolutely delightful, and the area is just country enough that it’s peaceful (and the gas station just down the street had great food!!). My son cried when we had to leave “his friends” - the goats and Natty the cow. Overall we were very pleased with our time there. The only complaint we had was that blasted train (and that’s not the house’s fault!). It was very irregular and seemed to only run at night. Bring your sound machine and possibly some earplugs if you are a light sleeper! Other than that, my family loved our stay!

Everything about the place was fantastic, except the walkway to the basement unit was unstable with large wobbly stones. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

We travel a lot stay in a lot of AirBNBs and VRBO properties. This was one of our favorites, and we hope to stay here again. Super comfy, intimate space. Well-appointed, with some nice touches like Startbucks Kureig pods and a couple of cold beers and proseco in the fridge. Hosts were responsive and super nice. Well done!

The apartment was perfect. You really couldn't hear anyone above you in the main house. Outside was well lit so there was no concerns getting to the front door and Kays instructions were very detailed. Just a note the stairs into the back yard were a bit of a challenge for my husband who uses a cane but he could do them since the light was so good. We did not try the alternate route through the grass on the other side.

I truly must say I enjoyed everything about Lorna’s place. It was welcoming warming and the back yard phew!! That legit was my favorite part. Clear instructions. Although I didn’t cook everything in the kitchen to make a dinner and dessert. I will definitely be staying here again when in town visiting family. Thank you for having me.

This is a lovely, secluded spot that makes you feel like you are in the N. Georgia mountains. It's a 15 minute drive from downtown Athens and feels like an escape. If you want to combine feeling like you got away from it all with a weekend visit to a kiddo at UGA, this is the spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

Very nice place to stay, quiet and nice area! Felt like place was close to places and things we wanted to see, and fun dog friendly activities nearby. The host was very responsive, and helpful! We loved this place!

Southern Comfort is a great location and very spacious. It came with everything we needed. We have stay her before and enjoy our time here every single time! Will definitely continue to book here when we can!

#CLUTCH location for all things UGA graduation/game day! The beautiful back deck should be highlighted better, because it’s an incredible space for outdoor cooking/dining/birdwatching! The home has everything you need, and then some! Very efficient layout!

We had a great stay in Athens! The condo was very nice and clean. The owner was very kind, flexible, and easy to work with! Would stay here again!

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

Katie’s place is the perfect place to visit Athens. The location is great, free parking is a big plus, and the decor and cleanliness made us feel right at home. The freshmen dorms are close by if you are visiting a student. 💯

You can't stay any closer to the central part of UGA campus without staying in a dorm. In addition, Ben's place was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Strongly recommend it to others and would happily stay again.

This is my second time staying at Nayla’s condo. Every time I travel with my daughter for Volleyball to Athens this is my favorite place to stay. Nayla is kind, responsive and friendly. Her condo is clean and has all the listed amenities. I’ll definitely stay again if my daughter’s Volleyball team brings me to Athens!

Perfect for our stay as we visited UGA and the area. Great location for checking out the area. Hannah was helpful and quick to accomdoate our schedule. As a former airbnb host of 4 years - it met my expectations in every way, I recommend, and would absolutely stay there again.
