This is the 2nd time I stayed at Neils plac to visit my daughter at UGA. 5 minute drive to downtown (or less). Walkable to the highly recommended Mama's Boy diner. Comfortable beds. Great TV set up. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the stay there. The place was very nice and Chelsea was very responsive.

Amy was super easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Her place is in the best location! You can hear the “city” noise but we liked that as part of the charm! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

Very nice place to stay, quiet and nice area! Felt like place was close to places and things we wanted to see, and fun dog friendly activities nearby. The host was very responsive, and helpful! We loved this place!

I've stayed at few different AirBnbs around Buford and Flowery Branch but this is absolutely my favorite. The host is kind and thoughtful and made sure my father and I felt welcome.

Our stay was great! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The complex was very safe and easy to navigate. Kira was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Athens!

David's place is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by trees in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Nice to have garage parking. David communicates quickly and is very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Home was just what we needed for our family group. We loved the spacious house and yard. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. We will stay again if we’re traveling that way!

We wanted a place to relax and rest-up while in Gainesville for a race weekend. This house was very clean and located in a great neighbourhood…. Very quiet. We will try to rent it again when we comeback next year.

The host did a lot of updates before we arrived and it was better than the pictures. I felt like they did so much work just for us so that our stay would be good and it was. We also had a chance to meet our host and it was a pleasure to meet her, she was very hospitable and accommodating. I would stay here again

We had a great family gathering at Si’s house for an early Christmas. There was plenty of room in the driveway to park our truck and RV along with a few other cars. She was so kind to let me check in a few hours early so that I could put up a Christmas tree before my family arrived later in the evening. It was so helpful to have toiletries, coffee supplies and trash bags and paper towels provided. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Braselton.

Wonderful cute little apartment, wished I could stay longer

Athens is a nice getaway town with lots to do and this place is a perfect HQ for that. Quiet, cozy, and clean.

Perfect spot for a campus visit. Parking was a minor challenge, as Lori had mentioned in the listing, but it wasn’t a big deal. The space was very comfortable and literally right above a Target store, which made getting breakfast items very easy. If my daughter chooses UGA, I’d definitely stay here again for a visit.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Katie’s place is the perfect place to visit Athens. The location is great, free parking is a big plus, and the decor and cleanliness made us feel right at home. The freshmen dorms are close by if you are visiting a student. 💯

This is my second time staying at Nayla’s condo. Every time I travel with my daughter for Volleyball to Athens this is my favorite place to stay. Nayla is kind, responsive and friendly. Her condo is clean and has all the listed amenities. I’ll definitely stay again if my daughter’s Volleyball team brings me to Athens!

Perfect for our stay as we visited UGA and the area. Great location for checking out the area. Hannah was helpful and quick to accomdoate our schedule. As a former airbnb host of 4 years - it met my expectations in every way, I recommend, and would absolutely stay there again.
