Gorgeous property in a great location, easily walkable from the train station, city centre and bus stops onto the university of Lancaster. Responsive and helpful host. comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfect for a stay with friends or a family.

An absolute gem of a property! Spacious, modern, extremely clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, easy parking and close to town centre. Host was an excellent communicator, sharing clear instructions as to how to get in and subsequently leave the house. This is one of the best Air BnB’s I have stayed at and would highly recommended to any families to stay in. I will definitely be back. Dean Coady OBE

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Fabulous house, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge. Beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Easy to find parking on the street outside. Country walks from the town, or short drives to the Tolkien Trail which is a fantastic 3 hour walk with a pub at the start and end. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Lovely modern cottage in a great location. It had everything we needed! We didn’t have any problems with parking opposite using the parking permit during our stay. The kids enjoyed the games and the nearby park.

Simon’s place is fabulous. Luxurious, with everything you could need. Such a short walk into Bowness but so peaceful too, and those views! We had the best family short break and didn’t want to leave. Simon was a great host, start to finish.

One of the best air b and bs I have stayed at. Excellent central location. Very clean. Modern. So many plug sockets. A kitchen set up for cooking (fridge a little small). A wine fridge! A washing machine. Plenty of heating. Tasteful decor. Lovely touches such as local prints, map in the entrance, books, games. All the products were high end. TVs in every room (not that we used them). Plenty of heating for the cold months. Radiators helped to dry everything out between hikes. So many great shops and restaurants a few meters from the property. 1 reserved parking spot. Then on street parking between 6pm-10am (not a problem in the off season). Can use parking disc provided by local stores for an extra free hour as needed. Everything was really high quality and there were supplies in reach for if things ran low. Alexa. Salt, pepper, oil, foil, Tupperware. Honestly 10/10. The only thing was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash - not an issue, but useful to know so can bring your own!

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

It had everything we needed while spending time with our son and his family nearby … and it gave us some peace at the end of all three days! It was cosy and warm, clean and tidy … with lots of hot water … and they went ‘above and beyond’ posting back a wallet we’d left behind! It’s in a lovely street of houses … with good parking at the back. A fresher looking front door at the main entrance (and tidier bin and rubbish area would improve it immensely … if it’s under their control).

A really comfortable apartment with lovely views of the surrounding fells, within easy walking distance to local attractions and amenities. It was nice to park the car and not need it again until we went home! Angela was very friendly and offered us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the town.

A small but perfectly formed apartment. The steps up to the third floor are so worth it when you see the view from the balcony. Open the doors and sit with the sun on your face. Really comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and a TV with Netflix! You are only a short stroll from the shops and restaurants and of course the lake. A big advantage is the parking space we parked up on arrival then used the bus and ferries for the rest of our stay. Loads of fabulous walks nearby I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return and recomend this lovely home. Everything was beautiful, clean and felt like home. Very clear instructions and great communication. The location is central and close to many lovely shops, restaurant's and beautiful scenery.

We had a brilliant 2nd stay at Tom's apartment, it is so well equipped with everything you could need and more. Lovely bedding and spacious bathroom. The sun terrace was a great addition this visit with the lovely weather we had. The view from the apartment is lovely and stunning sunsets just over the road. This really is a top class apartment in a great position and Toms directions and information all show how much is put into making this a perfect place to stay in morecame. Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Thank you so much for facilitating the perfect family weekend away to celebrate a birthday and some quality time together. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect for exploring the Lake District, with plenty of scenic spots just a short drive away. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable — we really enjoyed spending time there. The views from the windows were stunning and added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which made dining out/in very convenient. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and their local recommendations truly enhanced our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay — we’d happily return!

What a gem of a place! We just needed a place to stay before an event at RSBP Leighton Moss (10min v. scenic drive) that required an early morning. Located right in the middle of Carnforth - about 5-10min walk from train station - and round corner from supermarket. Parking is on-street, we managed to get a space but could see some potential issues (nothing the owners can do - just modern life). We were so impressed with this little place, can't believe how much useful stuff the owners managed to get into the property without it feeling cluttered - microwave (with useful microwavable containers), kettle/toaster, an airfryer(!), fridge, coffee machine and more. And not to mention the "care package" - cereals and breakfast items, milk and OJ, tinned goods, sweet treats, crisps and fruit, plus the usual tea, coffee etc., and every type of toiletries you could ask for. Bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean with a lovely walk-in shower. Would stay again if in the area

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Ideal place as a clean, comfortable base for our walks. We loved the cosy beds and perfect location. Liam was so helpful and friendly too. We would definitely stay here again. Very impressed. Eating Recommendation: Tilly's nearby serves great food.
