I would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the new forest. We had a warm welcome from the owners at the front gate. The garden is amazing, we decided to pay extra to have the hot tub which was a nice bonus to have the use of in the evening. The games room was great, we had some nice family time in there throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again

We had a beautiful stay here! The lodge was lovely and clean with a great view. The hot tub was a perfect addition and we had a great time relaxing here. It is also a great location for getting to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and other stunning places.

fantastic home to stay in. so close to the New Forest and plenty to do nearby whether you like hiking, cycling, eating out, drinks, live music, spending time with Alpacas, historic buildings, visiting beautiful gardens, peppa pig world.. there is something for everyone nearby. it's quiet, private and peaceful. The house is gorgeous, plenty of light and space, warm and cosy, very clean. Hot tub is brilliant! definitely recommend staying here!

The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

Peaceful setting amongst an active horse stables, with hot tub, big beds and an open fire. The kitchen has plenty of utensils although could use some nicer glasses for enjoying good wine. Recommend to other groups and families, but suggest bringing extra blankets in the colder months

The cottage was a lovely private space to spend some cozy days with friends. The hosts had prepared everything we needed, and included clear instruction cards around the property.

The bothy didn’t disappoint. Beautiful and peaceful. The cottage had everything you needed with a wood burner and hot tub which we enjoyed using . Chrissy was a great host , checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay . I would recommend having breakfast at the potting shed and there also a lovely pub which is in walking distance. We had a lovely relaxing few days and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this beautiful place . We will be back !!!.

We loved our stay in Lulworth and hope to book another stay in the future. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially loved the location and the stove in the living room for cosy evenings after a day exploring the magical local coastline. We have a young family so the location of the house was perfect for us as it’s a short and safe walk to the Cove & local amenities. Emma was a fantastic host and was very helpful throughout our stay.

A great place to relax and unwind. Super-comfy bed and well-equipped cottage with the added bonus of chocolate brownies on arrival. The garden area was perfect for our dog and there are some great walks from the front door. We’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The cottage is gorgeous! The heating was on when we arrived and it was so cosy. It’s a darling cottage with everything you need for a small family. Lovely big garden, the children loved the chickens. Great area near the town and the Isle of Wight ferry. We played crazy golf which is just two minutes drive, great fun for everyone!

we loved our stay at manor farm. the house was a treasure trove of beautiful old beams, and architectural features and fun stuff for kids and adults alike. I loved cooking on the aga and playing the piano! way bigger than expected and such a lovely peaceful location. we didn't want to leave

We had a very pleasant couple of days in Gardener’s Cottage. It was just right for a couple and the enclosed garden area was great for our dog. The log burner was really good, warming us up nicely and a plentiful store of logs. It’s set in beautiful surroundings with plenty of walks nearby in the beautiful forest, there was a pub next door which we didn’t try, but it was very quiet and peaceful. it is situated perfectly to visit more of the New Forest and Hampshire, we also went to Winchester which has a very efficient park and ride. Really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a really happy few days in Ian's beautiful and cosy cottage. Everything you could need was provided and of good quality. The hamlet of Acton is fascinating and so atmospheric, requiring a return visit to explore in more detail. Walking from our front door to fabulous countryside and coast was an absolute delight.

Such a lovely, cozy cottage. Everything from start to finish was great. It was all decorated and furnished very nicely, with everything you need. The cottage was spotless and were delighted & grateful with our welcome basket and fridge goodies. We were left to our privacy to enjoy our break and self check in which we prefer but, we also bumped into Ruth returning from her dog walk which was nice. Ruth was very warm, friendly and happy to have a chat. We would love to come back some time and have recommended to friends/family. Thank you Ruth x

This is a lovely place in the middle of the Isle of Wight making it handy for whenever the day takes you. It has beautiful views over the adjacent field of wild flowers and sheep. What a beautiful sight to wake up to!

Ideal location, spotless but homely house, good range of kitchen equipment, bonus baby toys, beautifully warm and cosy, friendly and helpful host. Will be back to explore more

Casa molto bella, ben accessoriata. Tutto molto pulito e comodo. Sandra è stata super gentile e sempre pronta a fornire supporto, quando richiesto. Il cottage è inserito in un contesto favoloso, pieno di verde, animali e tanta tranquillità. Vicino comunque si trova tutto quello che serve (pub, negozi, farmacia…). Dintorni bellissimi. Molto consigliato a tutti!

Great stay! Would recommend

This is a very charming hatched cottage/house. The pictures don't do it justice as its even better once you arrive. Finding the house was fun as it didn't quite come up the the GPS but once we did we couldn't believe this was where we would be staying! We then spent the first 20 minutes literally exploring the house, finding all the many bathrooms, and just saying 'wow'! The kitchen is brilliant: 6 burner hob and two ovens, plus two sinks in the middle 'island'. Dining room table is absolutely massive and perfect for playing the many board games stored in the lounge. There are some nice paths behind the house that are fun to walk and there is plenty to do in the area: close to Romsey and Salisbury and also the New Forest (we are into geocaching so had a blast!). Overall we had a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend this to anymore considering it.

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

This a real gem, perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight. The property is tucked away in a quiet mews only 2 minutes from the town centre. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Susan the host had left some nice touches like the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, as well as other treats. Very comfortable beds and a decent shower which was nice. Lovely spacious downstairs accommodation and nice comfy sofas in the lounge. Outside is a real sun trap ideal for eating al fresco or just sunbathing. The host Susan was very helpful and always responded quickly. A great find, and highly recommended!

Lucy is a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly too. The cottage is in a great location and it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and the cottage has everything you need and more. It's a lovely place to stay.

The air bnb was amazing, open planned, spacious, clever design, nice log fire, quiet location well equipped. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again from Tim and Gemma
