We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house with our friends and family. The grounds are spectacular and very peaceful. There were so many things to do that even the busiest of us couldn't get to all of the activities available. The hosts were very responsive and always helpful, making our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get-away, and we plan on returning for another stay in the future!

Beautiful home in serene, quiet location tucked away in a neighborhood on the edge of New Forest. My family and I spent a few nights here and felt right at home. The home is beautifully decorated and very tastefully done -- a very cozy feel with all amenities needed! We were very close by driving to all destinations we wanted to see nearby. Would highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere peaceful, with great access to the nearby national park.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, hosts are very helpful and also respectful, had an amazing time away for my mums hen do is a perfect place for a gathering with friends and family.

Our stay in the New Forest was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to Lesley's beautiful Airbnb. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to all the natural beauty the area has to offer. The property itself was spotlessly clean, clearly reflecting Lesley's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable experience. Lesley was a fantastic host, warm and welcoming, and her passion for the New Forest really shone through. We (including the 3 dogs) couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you, Lesley!

Just returned from Julia's lovely home in the New Forest. The house is ideally suited for touring the New Forest with walks straight from the door. Holly Lodge is comfortable, very warm, clean and well equipped . We were a party of 4 but plenty of space for 6 people with the 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Garden is secure for dogs with trees a haven for wildlife. Would love to return. Thank you Julia for being a great host

Great place to stay , in walking distance of cowes. Lovely clean house plenty of space for four adults and one small dog. Nice enclosed secure garden . Parking permit was easy to confirm at no cost . Would definitely stay here again

Excellent all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Especially good shower room with plenty of space. The road is very quiet at night. Walking distance to local shops, and to the very pleasant park-like areas around the river by Tuckton Bridge. Kind greeting from hosts, who provided an extra chair, and adjusted the heating for me. I would stay again !

What a super weekend we've had with my elderly Dad at Richard's lovely house. The house was beautifully clean, warm, welcoming, comfortable and really easy for my Dad to get about. The location is ideal, and very quiet. Richard was such a kind and thoughtful host which was much appreciated. A very well laid out and private garden which matches the care and attention paid to the house. Thank you so much. We really hope to return before too long.

A gorgeous apartment with everything you could need and so close to the town and beach.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
