beautiful apartment, great reception (very helpful), the only issue is that the walking distance to Taksim square is with very huge slope, Deniz responded swiftly during booking and after our arrival.

Très bel appartement, très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Il est très bien placé : nous avons tout fait à pied, y compris aller dans le vieil Istanbul la journée. Et le soir c'est parfait pour trouver des petits restos tout à côté. Latife a été très accueillante. Merci.

Arrivés en soirée, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par notre hôte avec thé et gâteaux. La chambre était conforme a la description et aux photos. Une grande chambre, propre, des draps impeccables, une chambre joliment décorée et dotée d’une grande terrasse. Comme annoncé dans l’annonce , le ménage à bien été fait tous les deux jours. Le personnel à la réception a été à notre écoute pendant le séjour et nous a parfaitement conseillé sur les restaurants alentours. Le logement est situé dans un quartier plutôt calme tout en étant a proximité des monuments et des transports en commun. si nous étions amenés à revenir sur Istanbul, nous reprendrions sans hésiter ce logement.

المكان من حيث النظافة والاثاث والطابق والاطلالات 10 /10 جميلة الاطلالات على اسطنبول كانت جدا جميلة والصالة وغرفة النوم والمطبخ كلها زجاج مفتوح وجميل وضوء الشمس ينور المكان طول النهار التدفئة العامة على أعلى مستوى وافضل جودة الادوات المساعدة كلها متوفرة رغم عدم استخدامي لكثير منها مكواة ثلاجة غسالة صحون وغسالة ملابس وغيرها المبنى فيه حراسة امنية 24 ساعة ومتعاونين بغالب الاوقات بجانب المبنى في اكثر من سوبر ماركت ومن ضمنهم كارفور وداخل المبنى ايضا في بقالة صغيرة لكن ما دخلتها ولا احتجتها المضيف جدا متعاون وسريع الرد والاستجابة ، اي اشكالية غير واضحة يتم الرد عليها مباشرة الموقع نصف ساعة من مطار اسطنبول ، وفي اماكن للفسح بالسيارة قريبة لكن عن طريق المشي متباعدة شوي ولازم طلوع لمنطقة عالية المسافة لاقرب محطة ميترو تقريبا حدود 15 الى 20 دقيقة مشي يوجد محلات قهوة جميلة جدا بالحي المطاعم لم تناسبني بشكل شخصي ولم اجرب اغلبها فلا يعتبر كلامي تقييما لها التجربة بشكل عام جميلة 🌹

We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

This is an awesome place. We were here in February and it was very warm in the apartment and in the corridors. The kitchen was very well equipped with all you need for cooking and cleaning. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the design of moveable walls which separate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. It was also very quiet because it's overlooking the back yard. The gym sauna and pool were very clean and great entertainment for rainy days.. The host was super friendly and very responsive. They answer all questions you may have. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will gladly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing time in Istanbul. Özra is a great host, super friendly and responsive. She created a huge list of recommendations for the best restaurants, coffeeshops, kebab places etc making sure you only eat and drink the best stuff possible. The loft is awesome, super spacious and the sauna is a great bonus. The place is situated in one of the best parts of town, as everything is easy accessible from there. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure!

Melike hanımın hızlı ve çözüm odaklı yanıtları bizlere baya yardımcı oldu. daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi gayet temizdi tesislerde temiz ve görevliler ilgili güler yüzlüydü. yaşadığımız bu güzel deneyimden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Классный жилой комплекс (большой бассейн, спортзал и магазинчик прямо в нём). Уютная, чистая и тихая квартира (шум от улицы почти не слышен даже при открытых окнах). Все очень понравилось и оказалось лучше наших ожиданий. Хозяйка очень отзывчива и оперативно помогала во всех наших вопросах.

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

Я арендовала так много квартир и это первая квартира, где я не брезговала ходить босиком и пользоваться предоставленными бытовыми вещами. Обычно я делаю генеральную уборку сама, но эта квартира была хорошо убрана. Только за это уже можно поставить высокую оценку. Для меня очень важна тишина ночью и в этой квартире я не слышала соседей. Хорошая охрана, что тоже важно. Мне нужен был именно этот район, поэтому я знала куда я еду, но если вы турист, то это расположение будет далеко от центра. В этом ЖК пока нет магазинов, это не очень удобно, если у тебя нет машины, пешком до ближайшего супермаркета тоже дойти невозможно, только на автобусе. Имейте это ввиду. В квартире для длительного проживания не много не хватает кухонных принадлежностей, но я сама докупила, то, что мне было нужно, так как я планировала это всё забрать домой. Квартира оказалась чуть больше чем на фото, кухня в жизни уютнее чем на фото и в целом квартира эстетичнее в жизни, что тоже меня порадовало. Спасибо хозяину.

I had a fantastic stay! The hosts were super hospitable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They checked in with me regularly and were always available whenever I reached out. The owner is a couple, and the spouse I interacted with was especially kind and welcoming. The area itself was amazing, everything I needed was just a short walk away, from pharmacies and markets to shops and restaurants. I took a walk every day, and the streets were full of the cutest cats! Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Excelente alojamiento! Amplio y muy cerca de todo… está ubicado en una calle tranquila y el personal del edificio es muy amable también. Cuenta con piscina, sauna, gym y todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía familiar. El anfitrión está muy atento a las solicitudes de los huéspedes. Gracias por recibirnos!!!

We loved this Airbnb. The place is clean and comfortable. The employees were helpful and spoke English. There are two places to eat in the building. The pool, sauna, and steam room are fantastic. There is also a nice gym. The location was great. This apartment has a balcony facing the street which the better view. There is a small soccer field across the street. It is fun watching the soccer players. There are some steep hills to get to the tourist area. We enjoyed the slightly challenging walk. It would not be possible for anyone with walking issues. Istanbul is a great experience.

I booked this for my husband and daughter who had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, in a very authentic neighbourhood, walkable to the main attractions and metro station, and it felt very safe. The apartment was as described, cosy and comfortable, with a warm living area and comfortable beds. Eyup's communication was great, he was very friendly and helpful, always available but never intrusive. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Stay in Istanbul! Our stay at this villa was amazing! The place was spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location—close to the city yet peaceful. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!
