Che dire..... tutto fantastico....posto bellissimo immerso nella campagna dove regna la tranquilità ed a due passi dal mare..... casa bellissima e giardino curatissimo in ogni particolare.....persone disponibili ed accoglienti..... che cosa chiedere di piu'??.... se passeremo da quelle parti torneremo sicuramente...consigliatissimo!!!!

I had an extraordinary amazing experience. Ilaria and Egidio are awesome! Super friendly, kindly, peaceful people. You can count on them with anything you may need. The house is super well organised and clean. It’s a very great, lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view plus you can also see the ocean from there. They recommended you places to go and give you some ideas in what you can do during the day/night. Anywhere in the nature you will find mosquitos + there you can also find citronella plant and will keep it away {it really works}. They also speak Portuguese and that made it even more special. I could live there… It’s a place to reconnect with yourself! I will definitely gonna come back!! xxx

Soggiorno piacevole in un luogo tranquillo e sperduto. Amo i posti cosí e non é facile trovarli. Una casina isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile con spazi adeguati e servizi piacevoli, dagli spazi interni, al camino in cucina, bagno grande e stanze comode, la lavatrice ed il barbecue, a disposizione anche legna e barbecue per gli arrosticini. Consigliatissimo. Personalmente ci torneró anche in primavera/estate.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!

Stunning location with amazing views, the Airbnb felt like home, was charming and fantastic. The views from the bathroom and bedroom are stunning, and while it's a fair hike up some switchbacks from the transtation to the Airbnb it can be done with a bit of huff and puff and sweat in 20 minutes. We wish we'd stayed longer! The location is great, with only a short walk to lots of small restaurants and bars, and the peace and quiet was much needed after a stay in Rome.

Cinzia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist freundlich kommunikativ und interessiert an ihren Gästen. Das top gedämmte Haus mit wirkungsstarker Heizung ist ein echter Hingucker, denn es gibt hohe Decken, viel Glas im Wohnzimmer und eine schlichte, edle Ausstattung. Das Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und es gibt alle erforderlichen Gegenstände. Besonders toll ist der viele Stauraum, der durch die intelligente Nutzung des Platzes und den Einsatz von Schiebetüren entsteht. Badezimmer & Küche waren sehr sauber. Es gibt ein separates Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett. Darüber hinaus achtet Cinzia auch auf die Sortierung des Mülls und weist net darauf hin. Landkarten und Flyer von vielfältigen lokalen Angeboten gibt es auch. Von der überdachten Veranda aus gibt es aus schönen Sesseln heraus einen tollen Blick auf das Tal und die Berge. Hier kannst du wirklich entspannen. Und der verspielte Hund Rio setzt dem tollen Aufenthalt noch die Krone auf! Das Auto parkst du unter dem Dach.
