Very impressed with Camilla and Rossella. They were very helpful while we got settled and any time we needed them during our stay. The place has plenty of space and is close walking distance to anywhere in Bar Vecchia. Thank you Camilla and thank you Rossella for helping to make this a great experience for us both.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo Daniela è una persona splendida ci ha accolto con gentilezza e illustrato tutte le cose belle da vedere nei dintorni che sono davvero tante perché la casa si trova a pochi passi dal mare limpido e a poca distanza da rocca imperiale e roseto capo spulico paesi ricchi di storia ....lo consiglio vivamente

Clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays. This place is about a 25min bus ride into Bari Central which will cost you 1 euro. Ideal for people with a car and need parking and a bigger unit. Small grocery store right beside the apartment. Also steps away from the water.

Appartamento davvero perfetto, con la vista mare che, da sola, meriterebbe il prezzo pagato. Giuseppe una persona gentilissima! Consigliatissimo a tutti e un consiglio anche ad Airbnb: dovrebbe esistere l’opzione di una sesta stella o comunque di una lode per poter valorizzare ancor di più le esperienze che meritano davvero come questa!

Very nice and comfortable apartment, spectacular view of the sea while having a coffee on the balcony, Giovanni was very kind and his restaurant recommendations were very accurate, delicious seafood, pizzas and coffee with Cornetos downstairs.

Due giorni di assoluto relax in famiglia Abbiamo trascorso due giorni immersi nel verde e nella bellezza di questa villa con una vista mare mozzafiato, angoli di casa per goderti a pieno di ogni relax. Fuimos fuera de temporada, en marzo. El apartamento es muy lindo, amoblado con muy buen gusto, y muchos detalles, muy confortable el balcón es un espectáculo, no lo pudimos aprovechar porque estaba un poco fresco. Mucha tecnología en las ventanas y luces. La ubicación es lejos del centro pero Si estás con auto no hay problema y es muy tranquilo. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nicola was a great host, he was always available if we needed, but we were able to use the apartment on our own (including the arrival and departure). The apartment was perfect for us for traveling with our parents as a group of four. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and everything we needed was provided (including tasty coffee and good wi-fi). The bathroom was a little bit smaller than we are used to, and due to the high ceilings the apartment was a little bit loud in the evenings. The old town and train stations were within walking distance and there were restaurants (pizzeria and breakfast place) on the opposite side of the street. Thank you again, Nicola, we had a great time at your place! :)

Logement fonctionnel, hyper propre et amenagé avec goût. A proximité du centre ville et de la gare (trains et bus) pour découvrir d'autres villes voisines. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für an den Strand, wie auch für die Ortschaft. In 2 Minuten ist mensch in einer Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Einkausladen etc. Es gibt einen tollen grossen Balkon mit Meersicht& Tisch zum draussen Essen sowie einen kleineren Balkon. Corrado und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, bemühte& zuvorkommende Leute die gerne jederzeit helfen, viel über die Gegend erzählen können und gute Tipps haben. Und sie waren bez. Check- in & Check out sehr flexibel und grosszügig. Wir kommen wieder!

Ho alloggiato da Raffaella con due mie amiche, sin dal momento della prenotazione si è subito mostrata disponile e gentile, al momento dell’arrivo è stata così disponibile da farci fare il check in anticipato. Casa pulita, accogliente e gradevole. Posizionata a pochi passi dal centro e dal metro. Nel complesso è stato tutto molto appagante.

Abbiamo alloggiato da Massimo in quattro adulti in occasione di un evento nella zona. La casa è ristrutturata con gusto, pulitissima e fornita del necessario, con ambienti ampi e comodi. La zona (in autunno) è silenziosa e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica sia per lo splendido golfo di Policastro che per le montagne retrostanti. Interessante l'offerta gastronomica del luogo. Massimo è un ospite premuroso: se dovessimo tornare nella zona ci fermeremo volentieri di nuovo da lui.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!

Very nice appartment for a longer working trip. Close to parking garages and resturants in the city. The street is noisy but the host left some earplugs at the bedside which is very appreciated. Cooking food is ok but no microwave or oven is available which would have been nice to be able to heat up food. All in all a great appartment for a few weeks stay.
