A fabulous house for our large family. Lots of rooms for the kids to run around, beautiful large bedrooms with ensuites and space to spread out when needed.

Julie’s place is in a great location, close enough to Cowes to be convenient but in a really quiet and serene complex. Our kids loved the facilities including swimming pool and tennis court. The house was super comfortable and had a welcoming feel. It had everything you could possibly need as well and clearly a lot of love has been put into the place. Thanks Julie!

Perfect accommodation for our family trip. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and outdoors. The kids loved the trampoline in the backyard. The kitchen is a great size with plenty of utensils and cookware. Thanks for having us, Rachelle!

Kaye saved the day! We are so grateful to Kaye after our original Airbnb in Inverloch had to be cancelled due to zero contact or instructions to access the house upon arrival. (cancelled by Airbnb Support) Stranded with a young child, we reached out to Kaye to see if her place was available, she went out of her way to quickly prepare the house and it was spotless. A lovely welcome basket of treats was also waiting for us given it was not close to 7pm when we checked in. The house of great and a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurant and shops of Inverloch. It feels homely and super well stocked kitchen and dining areas. Thank you again Kaye!

Our 3 day stay at Borough Cottage was everything i expected and more! My sister, 3 cousins and I all thoroughly enjoyed our time. The gardens were perfect, in a truly beautiful setting so serene, peaceful and quiet. Lots of wee nooks to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. The kitchen was well eqipped with everything we needed. I had to contact Sue for a fold out bed and George her offsider dropped one off in an instant along with a coffee plunger! Nothing was too hard and honestly Sue was the hostesses with the mostest!. IShe was super easy to cmmunicate with her and always responded extremely quickly. I would highly recommend the beautifully furnished cottage to anyone wanting a country getaway. Close to town and within walking distance. The only recommendation I would make is that because we were a party of 5 females, it would be helpful if a second toilet could be added perhaps in the laundry??? Otherwise a perfect stay and Iwill certainly be back. Thanks again Sue. Trish Willing

We had a very comfortable stay in San Remo at Marg’s. The house was spacious and has everything you could possibly need (toys/games, clothes horse, beach towels, storage/ hanging space for clothes, full amenities in kitchen, bbq, spare linen, etc) The beds were really comfortable and Marg was an excellent to communicate with and very helpful.

Doris, we can’t thank you enough for being so welcoming and attentive with our stay. Everything was spotless and just what we needed! When we come back we will definitely be booking with you again! Loved the hammock, and the fresh eucalyptus smell!!

Thankyou so much Linda. Fantastic host. So easy to deal with. Made the trip so easy. We & our doggie enjoyed it so much. Fantastic location. Right next to the beach in a quiet location. Backs onto a grassy area with a flora & fauna reserve. Very relaxing with the sound of the surf in the background. The wallabies were an interesting sight for our dog! He was also treated well with everything you need for a 4 legged friend. Not far from local shops and well positioned on the Island for restaurants & farm gates. Thanks for the local recommendations. Great amenities (could stay in the spa for hours!). The bbq was great as was the kitchen. Perfect relaxing studio for a couple with a well sized bedroom & bathroom. Above & beyond with the provisions & goodies provided. Thanks!! We will back! Couldn't recommend Beachwood any higher for a great trip away. Till next time..

We took our adult kids and dog down the freeway to Derek and Marita’s B&B on a hot weekend and found a beautiful, private getaway to spend some family time. Because of the heat the lovely pool was a highlight but there was also plenty to entertain us in the rumpus room and tennis/basketball court :) The breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented and made the stay even more relaxing and special! Our dog had his own spaces and thoroughly enjoyed pretending to be a country dog for the weekend!

I stayed with this lovely Kerry and Rod in their beautiful home right in the center of Phillip Island, and it was an unforgettable experience. Their house is full of charm, in perfect condition, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared – it felt like stepping into a warm, welcoming story. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, making me feel like part of their family. Our breakfast conversations were so interesting – they shared fascinating stories about the island’s history and gave me great advice on local attractions. Thanks to them, I discovered places I would never have found on my own! The location is ideal for exploring the island, and the area is peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a genuine, heartfelt experience with amazing hosts, this is the place to stay. Thank you for everything – I will always remember this visit! ❤️

Colin and Sandy are great hosts - we slept very well and they gave us clear and helpful advice on good places to go to explore the island. It’s also metres from the sea and walkable to Cowes (around 20 mins).

A super pleasant experience all round

Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future
