A fabulous house for our large family. Lots of rooms for the kids to run around, beautiful large bedrooms with ensuites and space to spread out when needed.

Helena is an amazing host. She was always so responsive whenever I had any questions. The house is located in such a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend Helena's place!

Great accommodation for large group of people; we were 6 families , 13 people and 4 toddlers and did not have any issues fitting in and spending time together. The house is clean, well furnished with lots entertainment facilities for kids and adults. Kitchen was fully equipped and having 2 kitchens made it very efficient for us given the size of the group. Generally great stay, we had an amazing time.

Absolutely beautiful home that accommodated two families comfortably. Great location, comfortable furniture, well styled for an older home and very clean. It was extremely well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom needs, beyond what I have seen at other Airbnb properties. Would recommend a welcome pack of local produce of food and wine as this is a common gift found at many other Airbnb properties. Would certainly return for another holiday.

Annabelle is a magnificent host. We were lucky to have the chance to stay at her beautiful home. We will be back for sure.

Recently stayed at Georgia's. A beautiful country escape not too far from the city with lovely views. Directions and check-in were very easy and her place had everything we needed for our short stay. Will definitely return at some stage Thank you 😊

This is a fabulous house that the photo’s do not do justice for. A lovely place to stay. Quite large & very comfortable. Has everything you need & very well stocked with items you can use during your stay. Would highly recommend.

Koby’s place was a wonderfully quiet and scenic place to stay for the week, the place was super clean and has an amazing view over the water towards the Mornington peninsula. The kitchen is really functional and has everything you need. We were really grateful for the air conditioning as we had a bout of hot weather during our stay. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Koby’s place to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Wow! What an amazing location. We had hot weather, we had cold weather, we had sunshine then horizontal rain but we experienced it all in absolute comfort from inside this fantastic house. The views of the weather and the sea were breathtaking. The food we made in the huge kitchen was delicious. The sound of the waves from our comfortable beds was incredibly soothing. Great stay

Both the hosts are incredibly friendly, welcoming and responsive, but at the same time left us alone to enjoy our long weekend away. The accommodation and surrounds is beautiful and so peaceful. We instantly felt relaxed. If you are looking to get back to nature and still be a short drive to the coast this is for you. We easily did Phillip island, Inverloch, Cape Paterson and Loch during our stay. A nice surprise was the coffee machine and a light breakfast provided. The bed and pillows were very comfy too. Greatly appreciated! Highly recommend staying.

What an Amazing stay!! Was so peaceful and relaxing and the baby goats were the stars of the show! Came for the MotoGP but got to live out my farm girl dreams visiting the animals everyday. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back! Thankyou so much!!

This is a unique quirky accommodation experience done exceedingly well. Fantastic peaceful location, overlooking the rolling hills and valley Quality linen, large ambulant bathroom, ideal size kitchen but no stove , so don't expect tp cook- you can use the bbq on the deck Really nice breakfast provisions, including sample size Olive Twist olive oil . The kookaburra mural was outstanding and i discovered the other yurts have different murals George is a lovely helpful man and the whole of olive grove was a delight to vist

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and came with clear instructions that made everything easy. The host was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved feeding the animals—it was such a unique and enjoyable experience. While we didn’t find any air-conditioning, the fans in each room kept us comfortable. Overall, we have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

The Gemma does not disappoint. It is a beautifully presented HOME (because it is so much more than just a house) with all the comforts required for a delightful island getaway. We loved our stay at this property and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thankyou Heather for such a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Cottage, I wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, was cozy and comfortable. I think this may be the cleanest airbnb we've ever stayed in. The provision of snacks was a nice surprise. We spent sunny mornings eating breakfast on the deck and reading in the north-facing living room, and cooler evenings by the fire. The location is fantastic for visiting all that the Bass Coast has to offer, and the rural surrounds (and cows in the paddock!) are beautiful. It was so relaxing, especially the outdoor bath! We loved our stay.

We had the most relaxing stay. It was super clean and peaceful. The alpacas are so friendly and soft. The host Kevin and Miranda make it so welcoming and relaxing. Can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway.

A different world from the busy tourist town a short distance away. We loved the peace and atmosphere.

Dave's place was a lovely getaway for my friends and I. Secluded down a side street, it felt very private while not being far from the shops. The place itself was spacious and pristine, with plenty of room to accommodate us while not feeling packed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, especially those that love busy scenery.

Had a very good experience. Host was very good and responded immediately. Overall had a very good experience and l would totally recommended this place for family with kids and small group of friends.

This place is lovely! beautiful views, quiet, peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed our weekend here with a few friends everyone loved it! The track to the beach feels like a little adventure. Cooked some food in the kitchen and on the bbq. John is great with communication and flexible with check in and check out which was appreciated.

We had a great stay in Balnarring and would absolutely stay again! The property is private and it's nice to have the dam and animals in view from the deck in such a beautiful spot.
