Well appointed house with everything you need. Some aspects of it are a bit dated but everything is well maintained, clean and in good working order. The area is beautiful and you can walk everywhere

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

What a lovely spot. Calm and quiet with amazing ocean views. Lots of good cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week. The apartment was in immaculate condition, spacious and had all the indemnities needed for a lovely week away. The stunning view from the balcony overlooking the beach was a delight. It is a fantastic location opposite the main beach and a 5-minute stroll to the main shops. Secure and easy parking. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful accomodation with amazing views … close to all amenities ….well maintained… we enjoyed …. Just found bed -suze but smaller for comfortable sleep for a couple , Phil - the host acknowledged this feedback n advised to upgrade bedsize. Rest all good. Phill was very responsive for all queries n clear detailed instructions in itinerary. Will come back surely .

Thanks to Steve and Renee, great place to stay. Very close to the beach and a nice walk to Cowes along the beach (about 2k). Place was clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only possible addition would be a couple of loungers for the decking area but that is only a suggestion as I am lazy!

I booked an extended family holiday at Fiona's lovely beach house. We had thirteen guests including a three year old. The house had plenty of comfortable beds for all of us and the house was stacked with plenty of toys for the young one and plenty for the adults too. The location is very peacefull and has superb access to beautiful surf beach. Fiona was wonderful to communicate with, very attentative to our needs and questions. I can not recommend booking a getaway at Fiona's Island beach house heigh enough. Thank you Fiona!

Very much a family beach house vibe. Low key but lovely in a very home from home way. Facilities and set up for cooking etc was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and the dog was very happy too. Excellent communication with the helpful hosts

Josh's place was a perfect stay on our trip to Phillip's Island. Josh was extremely responsive, which helped with our seamless check-in. The home is spacious and clean and has a great view to a beautiful meadow. We stargazed at night, and was welcomed by wallabies in the morning.

This beautifully situated 7 bedroom holiday home is exactly what is promised: large enough to accommodate 3 families spending time together at Christmas. The views across the water from the kitchen and balcony were spectacular and the children loved watching the rainbow lorikeets and sulphur crested cockatoos perch on the balcony rails each morning. The location on Smiths beach with access by both steps and the ramp meant that all 3 generations could enjoy time on the beach together. Caroline, our host, was friendly, responsive and very helpful. We look forward to spending time together here next year.

Josh was an amazing host from the very beginning. Even before booking, he was incredibly responsive and flexible, answering all my questions promptly and making the entire process seamless. Before check-in, he provided detailed instructions on everything we needed to know, including how and when to check in. The house was easy to access with the provided code, making our arrival completely hassle-free. The property itself was absolutely fantastic—clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking ocean views. Starting each morning with such a stunning sight. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Josh’s hospitality, attention to detail, and the quality of the home made this an incredible stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to book again.
