We had the greatest girls weekend here . House is cozy, decorated beautifully, well appointed with everything you could need. Walkable to beach & a fun breakfast restaurant. Spacious common areas. Large bedrooms. Great backyard with comfortable , nice furniture and a fire table. Cozy front porch with comfortable seats . Lots of seating in the house . Huge kitchen with every utensil, bowl, plate or cup you may need . Host was very responsive to all of our questions .

Clean house and will definitely book again for our needs. Very comfortable with everything.

Great location for our visits to family in the area. Very accommodating our sudden change of plans and willing to work with us. Easy and quick communication. Delightful stay. Would highly recommend and hope to return again. Thanks Cheryl!

Cute & mellow getaway just an hour and a half north of downtown Indianapolis! Peru is such a charming town to visit. I love finding unique places to stay at, I was very inspired by the sophisticated, dark, cozy, & wooden interior theme! I didn’t have any issues at all during my stay! Easy self check in and street parking right outside the front door. Kimberley is a very to-the-point host, what you see is what you get! 1000% worth the experience, this is the perfect place to get away from the city noise and cozy up with a good book! :)

Home was fantastic for a family trip! Lots of room for everyone and incredibly clean and cozy! Eileen was a wonderful and accommodating host! We hope to be back!

Train is right behind it but surprisingly didn’t bother us at all. Absolutely stunning interior. From wallpaper, to the light fixtures is really beautiful. Had plenty of pots and pans, has an Alexa in the kitchen to directly play music, check weather for the day- which I love (have one at home)❤️ The big windows bring so much light and life to the home. Double headed showers really are a game changer and are huge. Looks like the pictures but honestly is a lot more eye satisfying in person. Loved our stay.

We needed a quiet weekend and Pati’s place delivered: Great, cozy spot. Close to restaurants and activities.

I had my family of 17 up to MI for this past Thanksgiving. I own a home about 100 yards from Monika’s and half my family stayed there. It was incredibly convenient and my family loved the house! Coffee in the sunroom, hot tubbing and hanging at the fire pit with a roaring fire. Heaven!!
