Lovely place to stay! It was a in a perfect location for the event that we had planned for the Saturday night and Emma was very accommodating for an early check in to ensure that we could make it to our event on time :) Thank you for a lovely stay

I can only echo all the positive comments from previous reviewers. Wendy was a delightful host, friendly and conscious of my needs but not intrusive. We had some lovely conversations. The bedroom was quiet, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my own bathroom; again spotless. There was good choice for breakfast and all was freshly and beautifully cooked - perfect eggs! Many thanks Wendy. I will look forward to a return visit at some point.

We had a great stay here whilst we were hiking In the Peak District. Both Ian & Fiona were super friendly and helped us with the best routes as we had never been here before. The house was stunning, clean & perfect for our stay. We really appreciated all of their help and everything provided. Would really recommend. Thanks Ian & Fiona😊

Mick is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking seasonings and essentials which made cooking really easy. The BBQ hob was also a great bonus for outdoor meals. The room and bed were super cozy perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

I just want to reiterate what everyone else has already said about Belinda and Ian's place - it's a fantastic place to stay. Belinda is an amazing cook so you can expect good home cooked food. It's the perfect balance of being chatty and sociable but also getting your own space to relax. Highly recommend!

Highly reccommend. Jane is very easy to communicate with and everything was clean and tidy. The area is amazing and great for walking.

We were in Nottingham for a wedding and the house was very conveniently located. The house was clean and had all the neccessary amenities. Providing some essentials such as milk and bread was a great touch and much appreciated. Scott was very responsive and a great host.

Very comfortable stay at Chris’ place in Walesby. Felt very private and peaceful and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the place feel homely. The breakfast options and fruit was a pleasant surprise, and very useful as a hungry cyclist. Also a great location for those looking to explore the lovely Lincolnshire Wolds by foot or bike.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

We had 2 nights at Butler’s Retreat. Really good and top quality accommodation. Exactly as it shows on the photos and description. Sir Richard was very helpful and responsive in every way. We had amazing weather for February and took a lovely circular 2 hour walk from the property and enjoyed the tearoom lunch at the end.

A fantastic few days staying at Dijon Annexe. Joy and Richard are so welcoming and very helpful. We stayed for a few days while attending a wedding near by, with our toddler. The annexe is very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It’s a real gem in the most stunning garden, we’d love to return one day. Highly recommend x

Lovely stay at Martin and Carmen's flat! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our dog. Comfortable, clean and a great location for buses into town or a lovely stroll into Headingley.

We loved our stay at Kate's apartment. Firstly, Kate is a fantastic host and communication was spot on prior to our visit. The apartment is well looked after, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Everything has been well thought out and you will absolutely 100% have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the apartment had a 'home from home' feel to it; our 3 year old and 19 month daughters loved exploring (it's a bit of a tardis with plenty of space!) and really appreciated the toys that were there. The local area is ideal for exploring all that the peak district has to offer. Highly recommend trips to Thornbridge Estate and hiring bikes along the Monsal trail. If you want to stay in and cook then it's no problem as the apartment has everything you need however you won't go far wrong if you decide to eat at Toll Bar Chippy (about a minutes stroll down the hill) or Stella's Kitchen located not far from Eyam. Overall, highly recommended. Would love to return.

James is helpful, responsive and understanding! I needed a lot of flexibility and quite a few extensions due to the nature of my stay and James made it so much easier. Whenever something was hard to operate or broke down James would help and fix it on the same day! The flat was exactly as shown and is very comfortable and easy to clean. The location is as central as it gets so the entire city centre is easily walkable and there’s always something to do at a few minutes’ distance. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be my first choice whenever I’m back in Sheffield!

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Great stay with David & Justine, very welcoming hosts. Great location in the heart of picturesque Duffield with easy walking access to bars, restaurants and amenities. Really appreciated the breakfast provisions which were topped up daily. All in all a lovely weekend visiting family, would happily return in the future.

A beautiful place to stay in wonderful surroundings. Every little detail considered and lots of extras in the room. Superb breakfasts and extremely pleasant hosts. Bedroom and bathroom spotless.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

Another wonderful stay with Annette and Dave. They are both extremely hospitable and welcoming. Their home is delightful, a super place to relax and unwind amongst beautiful scenery. The best breakfast in the West Riding. Can highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at Clares. Check in was easy with very clear instructions and Clare was extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Clares place is very comfortable and very cleverly thought out with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. A light breakfast was included which was really handy and welcome. Clare was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended and will return.

Loved staying in the Loft! Angela is an amazing host and was particularly helpful in advising us on the best walks, places to visit and where to eat. All of her suggestions were spot on and really added to our enjoyment of the Peaks. Really recommend this place and thank you Angela.

What a beautiful place to stay. Ed and Charlotte are friendly and helpful. The cottage is so cosy with everything you need for a perfect stay. The bed is super comfortable. Ed recommended pubs and restaurants that were walkable. You can even walk to Chatsworth. A perfect place. Made even better by seeing and feeding newborn lambs. Thanks for a lovely few days.
