La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

Cristina è un host ideale: gentile e disponibile. La casa, molto spaziosa, è arredata con gusto ma allo stesso tempo risulta essere pratica e comoda. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in centro ma si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze ed è anche molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima !

Gabriele è un ottimo host. Abbiamo comunicato facilmente. La struttura é corrispondente alla descrizione effettuata e dalla casa si raggiunge facilmente il centro cittá.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. It is located right in the middle of everything. All of the shops, restaurants, and historical sites are within walking distance. The minimetrò is a five minute walk from the apartment. From the metro you are at the rail station within 10 minutes. Nicola was helpful and responsive, and self check in was very easy.

ho soggiornato solamente una notte presso l'alloggio di Valentina, sua mamma Manuela ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza , ci ha spiegato tutto . consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento estremamente comodo e pulizia impeccabile. ho soggiornato con mio marito e tre bimbi molto piccoli, di cui uno neonato e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

The windows face the south so the sunshine does make the place feel warm and bright. Everything was clean and there were instructions for almost everything. It's not a brand new place, but it was clean and is in great shape. The balcony is huge and the views from it are really nice even on a rainy day. The location is a a bit further than you want from the center of town when you are pushing a stroller full of stuff, but for anyone not lugging around a 2 year old, the walk is reasonable. There is reserved parking which was one reason we went with Martina's place. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that seems to be popular (the chocolates and deserts were not the best offered in town though), and there is a little place across the street that cooks different dishes each day and to be honest, each dish was pretty good, and of course there are other restaurants nearby. No complaints really. Martina responds quickly and we will stay there again.

monolocale per tre persone al massimo con cucina essenziale, bagno e camera da letto. si trova in una zona a dir poco strategica, collegata alla perfezione con la stazione ferroviaria e con il centro città a 2 minuti a piedi, inoltre nei dintorni ci sono bar e supermercati. che dire, consigliatissima!

It was such a wonderful place to stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Angela and her son were very helpful and hospitable. The place itself was so beautiful, and you certainly can't beat Assisi. I told Angela that we would be bringing a baby and a toddler, and she had a crib set out and ready for us, along with a high chair and bibs. She even provided coffee and cornetti for breakfast. We are so grateful and hope to be back soon!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Un appartamento ben arredato e molto confortevole in una zona centrale che permette di spostarsi anche a piedi e ben servita. Parcheggio nel cortile condominiale anche se richiesto con poco preavviso. Fabrizio ha fornito tutte le indicazioni richieste in modo chiaro e in tempi brevissimi. Consigliatissimo per chiunque abbia necessità di soggiornare nel centro di Perugia sia per lavoro che vacanza!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Casa a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia. A 5 minuti c'è una pasticceria favolosa, dove l' host ha anche predisposto degli sconti per i suoi ospiti, così come in molti altri locali e negozi della città. Giuseppe è un host fantastico, è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione, ci ha fatto trovare l' occorrente per la colazione e un regalino per il compleanno del mio compagno. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per la cucina, pentole, stoviglie e anche olio, aceto, sale, caffè... un forno a microonde, uno scalda pizzette, un altro fornetto, i fornelli a gas... insomma davvero tutto! Che dire poi del caminetto e della fantastica zona spa con idromassaggio, bagno turco e doccia con cromoterapia! Un sogno! Anche i riscaldamenti funzionano perfettamente, cosa importante se si va in autunno - inverno. La casa è arredata con gusto, silenziosissima, e circondata dal verde. Perfetta per visitare Perugia sia in macchina che a piedi. Grazie di tutto Giuseppe!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.
